Grand setting in one of the nicest buildings in London. lovely atmosphere and really efficient and helpful staff. Delicious starter of tomato and mozzarella and lovely Dover sole menu with delicious, perfectly cooked sides of vegetables. The cocktails were perfectly presented. Can't wait to come back here!

Stayed just one night, an overall pleasant experience. If you are a Rewards member the Chamber club is a great perk. Great location and both the interior and exterior make you feel like you are truly in the center of London

The building is incredible, the common spaces and staff are awesome. But my room was definitely not a five star experience. The one (small) window faced out into an indoor event space - no privacy issues, but no natural light or view of the sky. This meant it was really dark in the room and there are no ceiling lights, just lamps (see picture for an idea of the "view" / light levels at 11am on a sunny summer day).

Bathroom had a showerbath, which really sucks for tall people. The room was small, but not tiny (by London standards).

Literally the first hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world where, if you could climb out your window, you'd still be indoors. Not a nice surprise, given the price.

This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful nineteenth century building, perfect for arriving from the continent (or an overnight stay before leaving. Some rooms are quite small, the old rooms have much more character.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and eager to help staff; I've found that it merely takes making eye contact with any of the staff and each has greeted me and asked if I need help. A special note of appreciation for the night housekeeping staff as two cheerfully replaced all of the bedding to accommodate my feather allergy after my very late check-in. The club staff (executive lounge, but better) is exceptional. I found that no matter if it is practically empty or crowded, the staff is consistently calm, friendly, and helpful.
Concierge staff members help numerous guests and never seem rushed to quickly move to the next person as they ensure understanding, yet they manage conversation politely and concisely to minimize wait time. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotel has several options for those who want to sit at the hotel to work, rest, wait for others but do not want to stay in the room.
Note: if you like walking, ask the concierge for suggestions....there are some beautiful places just a few small turns off the main road.

Great location next to King's Cross & St. Pancras stations. Recently refurbished to the Edwardian period style of 1903-1910. If you like The Titanic decor style you will love this place. Not for the budget traveller though.

I was there for the first and last time . The place is stinky and filthy , food disgusting and staff extremely rude and unprofessional. My room had a nice view but the mattress was 10 years old at least and had a terrible smell .

I've stayed here twice. Albeit expensive, this hotel is luxe and the service is quite frankly perfection. The hotel runs like a well oiled machine. If you are able to arrange a stay where access to the Chambers Club and Hotel Spa are included, you will experience wonderful breakfast, excellent afternoon, and evening drinks and light food, a beautiful pool & jacuzzi, as well as an excellent steamroom. All this is typically provided free of charge for Chambers guests. I love the in-room nespresso machines and twice daily housekeeping. The 24-hr room service is wonderful.

Incredible experience. The staff were wonderful and the Chambers club was a great add on to the overall feel. The hotel is above a Subway stop which makes travel around the city easy. Will definitely return in the future.

An excellent hotel with great service, good rooms and a great ambience. The outside of the hotel demonstrates the history and character of this impressive building, however, we were in the new wing which is very modern and up to date. The hotel was very busy but the staff ensured we were greeted immediately and we were helped. The reception team were excellent. The room was in good condition, very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Even though it was busy, the public spaces were tidy. The main lobby and cafe is area is extremely light and airy, which is in contrast to the main restaurant area which is quite dark but full of history. Overall, a great experience....the reception team outstanding.

Iconic place. Very good service but rooms are not that big (besides comfortable and clean). Gym is small but what you can't miss is the bar & the classic drinks. PS: Spice Girls Wannabe track was also recorded here (try to find the stairs)

Staff is so very polite. Check in was prompt. The large room was great. The work desk had to the different plugs built in and av displays to the TV. The bed had a large lump on one side, but since it is a king that was no issue for a single guest. Check it was simple. Locations is absolutely perfect fit nightlife and the train station.

The atmosphere was very nice, the waiting staff where generally great but at times slow. I had the pork belly which was delicious. Wasn't was happy with the rhubarb pudding which was too chilled. Great selection of wines. Didn't go to the bar but it looked very nice. Would definitely recommend

Allow me to describe this classic luxury hotel with a quote from The Guardian--The rebirth of a Gothic masterpiece.
Walking by their lavish designed wall paper and spectacular staircases, at one moment, as if place yourself back to Victorian era.
Yet, the light blue colour on the metal frames has ruined the entire main hall in my opinion.
My suggestion is: re-paint the frames in light peach colour as well as replace a big osmanthus tree instead of the current 2 poor and slim trees.

St Pancras Renaissance was a wonderful stay-- connected to Kings Cross underground and St Pancras International stations. Great access to rail and tube transit. Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Beautiful historic building, room was a bit tired and dated though. Great access to rail and "tube" transit. It was my first trip to London, I intend to go back and enjoy the afternoon tea in The Hanson lounge.

The location is ok, but a little barren. The rooms are a decent size by London standards. But the beds only have a duvet and no sheet. The tin/shower is slightly elevated, so definitely not good for anyone with even the slightest mobility issue

Incredible architecture. Beautifully decorated. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Coffee machine in room. You can't get a better location if you are hopping on the eurostar the morning after your stay. Little pricey but nice for an occasion.

I spent at least 45 minutes waiting for food, only to find out the waiter hadn't heard my food order. Its like the first sentence out of my mouth was of no interest. He could have said pardon, what was that and asked me to repeat but no. To make things worse he denied that I even made the order. He denied that I even had a mains menu. When I told him I'd ordred the duck he claimed that wasn't even on the menu which later he realised it was. Strange how I would know that despite not being given a menu according to him. The manager comped my drink which was a fair enough gesture and also apologised. To the junior member of staff in question, if you aren't going to listen at least be apologetic. It's a shame I likely won't go back, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere aside from one rude staff member.

Such an iconic place. We had our Christmas lunch there this year. We started with a welcome drink in the lady smoking room and then moved to the dining room for an amazing three courses meal. Although there is no smoking in the smoking room, we had access to a nice outside balcony. We had such a great time.

Beautiful hotel with elegant surroundings and brilliant staff. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The bar is absolutely gorgeous and would definitely come again. It's magnificent from the outside and just as wonderful inside.

Hotel was wonderful in all aspects except the room. We upgraded to a Junior suite which came with a view of the train station. Unfortunately the +20 foot tall curtains did not close properly and light came into the room all night even after pinning the bottom part closed manually. Additionally, the sound of trains continued until ~11pm and started back as early as 5:30am. I wouldn t recommend staying in a room facing the train station.

The St. station. Pancras was built between 1863 and 1868. Its coverage became the largest in the world at the time. It operated like the Midland Grand Hotel until 1935, when its facilities gave space to the offices of the iron company. In 1967 it was classified as national historical patrimony. It is currently occupied by the luxurious Hotel St Pancreas.
