Small Giant Games Review

This company will not respond to you tickets for help. They will threaten you for opening tickets for issues and do nothing to resolve the issue. I have reported them to Google play to get them kicked off. I just want them to refund the money I have spent and I will leave and never come back.

The turn around time for customer service to get a hold of you stinks. Then when they do get a hold of you about your account they tell you your account is suspended for something they told you to do in an email. You can't chat with anyone there like you can other games and unless you spend money on this game they could careless about you. Once you get to the higher levels it takes forever for your stuff to get finished.

Bad company. Suspend your account based on a manipulated image, support responds rudely to email, threatening spam. Don't play Empires & Puzzles as the company will not respect you as a consumer.

Watch out for the game of this company, they cheat and stand the criticism badly, i.e. they take revenge in the game for an unfavorable opinion in the google play store. And Google tolerates that they discriminate and humiliate people in this game.

Not a bad company but seem to have more care for the one percenters then the majority of the customers. Case in point, the last patch released fixed spawn times in Alliance Wars were the very few top 25 or so alliances would have problems and no one else. I think they are willing to listen to the masses but might be needed to be poked with a larger stick to get their attention.

Stay away from this game. Fraud without end.
1000 to get Kage, do not even comb a 5 * hero, let alone Kage. Or monthly hero.
I have several thousands of Euros invested, and what do I get for 3 and 4 * garbage.
Do not make friends unhappy, I promise you will base it.
I did not give anything away, because I do not want to make anyone unhappy with it, but fed everything in 1 and 2 * heroes.
