Great sales experience - excellent customer service!

They didn't install all of the requested accessories for my motorcycle and overcharged me by more than $500 vs the agreed-to price and now won't even reply to address the issue. Pathetic customer service, something I'd expect from the phone companies, not a local small business that relies on its reputation for referral business. I've even contacted the president and there's been no action, so it comes right from the top!

Terrible Customer Service. None of my calls were returned after the sale was complete. Every time I call I can never get through to anyone either. Just a terrible experience. Give your business to someone who appreciates it. These guys don't!

I have been there once to re-chain my bike. Guys have done good work and on timely manner, considering the fact that I didn't book an appointment ahead and it was Saturday.

It is an hour travel for me to get there, but store is located just on a way to any scenic route up north.

Would go again. Would recommend to a fiend, especially for parts.

We arrived at St Onge on Saturday early afternoon it was not busy. No one said hello or asked us if we needed any help till we were walking out the door literally.. The sad thing is on this Saturday afternoon we were traveling up to St Onge to buy 2 new Ski-Doo's.

Great sales and delivery of the new snowmobile Alyse was a pleasure to have dealt with, Avery good dealer to do business with.

Went looking for a motorcycle and it was a good experience. Roomy showroom with motorcycles, ATVs and watercraft. Haven't bought yet but will do so in near future.
Follow up a week later. Purchased a Can Am Spyder RT and enjoyed the experience.
Have purchased lots of vehicles from lots of dealers and this was top notch.

Charged me $65 to balance a enduro tire, they didn't even have to take it off the bike!

Brought my Sea-Doo to be winterized and I found them to be extremely organized and have competitive pricing.
On pickup I found them to be extremely helpful loading my Sea-Doo back on to my truck.

I purchased a boat from St Onge Recreation, during the transaction I was treated with respect after the sale was complete things changed, they speak with you in a very unprofessional manner, they don't not treat their customers with respect. After the purchased i was assured that the boat was service and ready for the water, well they were wrong after drive the boat out i noticed issues regarding the trailer i addressed them regarding this matter and i was told someone would get back to me, into which no one did, after taking the boat on the water for a test drive i came across more issues i once again contacted them and was told they will get back to me so when they finally got back to me, they made an appointment for me to bring in my boat for service. I made the long drive up left the boat their with them for a week, while it was their i called during the week to find out the progress of my boat no one could have gave me a proper answer,it seem no one knew cause there was no work order. So than i was informed i could come up the Friday to come and pick up my boat, after getting there i realized not only was nothing done, but their was more problems then when i brought it in with. Trailer was not safe for the road, cause all of a sudden i had no breaks.
I will NOT recommend them to no one, they are very unprofessional towards their repairs and they way they speak with their customers. They do not deserve a star!!! 10 thumbs down.

I picked up my M109R today after making a deal over the phone and email. Great service very friendly staff. The 2+ hour drive was worth it. My local dealer should strive to be half as good to deal with.

Servicing my ATV they forgot to put back plug in rear final drive. It is miracle I saw that before going to swamp. The whole ATV is in used oil, need to clean my trailer, driveway and garage. Do not service anything here.

Parts help varies depending on who you get serving you. Some staff are great others are average.

great selection of motorcycles and boats. yamaha. kawasaki. suzuki. no high pressure salesmen.

I get treated like family and their service/ installation department is top notch. Sales staff quite knowledgeable about their products as well.

Brought my bike in for a trade in to see what I could get for it. No sales people at the time. Not sure why especially on a Saturday afternoon. Was looking for a yamaha stryker

Great people if are buying .The service is atrocious at best with a just bring it in we should be able to look at it in a week or so. So much for my new boat motor.

Normally, I do not write reviews. Skidoo, Can-am, and a Scarab. All purchased and services at St. Onge. St. Onge, always takes care of me and I would recommend.

Wow, St Onge went above and beyond to help me out today. A late night flat in the middle of nowhere on a trip far from home and rescue resulted in me on their doorstep when they opened. We worked together to find a tube and get it installed and sorted in 2 hours, with no appointment or warning. They saved my weekend trip and provided an example of what motorcycle culture is, we help each other. Thanks to the saturday staff. It's appreciated.

Another amazing service experience. I dropped my sled off Thursday night after a long ride from Petawawa, for a rear axle replacement, idler wheels, slides and a new snow flap.
I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call Saturday morning that it was ready to go, in plenty of time for my trip the following weekend.

A big shout out to the service guys is definitely in order.

Always my go to Ski-Doo and Can-Am dealer.

It took 3 weeks to change bearings on a motorcycle rim plus they broken pieces off the rim when removing the old bearing ( just a curb ) but still ( oh and 3.5 hours to change a bearing)
I was also getting new tires put on. the next morning after waiting 3 weeks one was flat..... I took it to a different place .... they were upset about the dirt between the tire and rim ..... so it you want quality work done on your bike don t go here ... it s not worth your life !!!!

Service was amazing! I just stopped by with no appointment from out of town and they fit me right in for a quick fix on my Spyder! You guys rock!

Great store. Staff are amazing. Bought my scarab and pontoon boats (and a couple of other toys) from St Onge and love them.

If you want to buy a recreational vehicle this is the place to go. We purchased a Seadoo with the help of Peter our sales representative. He was great and very accommodating.

I recently bought a 2018 snowmobile from Erica at St Onge and the deal was as smooth and as pleasant as could be.....even though I lived over 4 hrs away. She answered all my questions, got back to me every time she said she would and was always upfront and honest. It truly was a great buying experience. The entire staff seemed nice and very down to earth when I arrived for pickup. A lot of dealerships see your dollars first and you second. This dealership is not like that at all. They are friendly and personable. I would buy here again in a heartbeat!

Staff was super friendly. Just wish they had more scooters. The were fixing the place up, new paint.

Excellent Service! I went in to order a part for my older modular helmet, the gentleman at parts was very helpful. When the part arrived, I asked if they could help with install of new hinge clip, this meant disassembling the helmet, replacing clip, reassembling. They did this at no charge, talk about amazing service, all this for a $6.00 part, Thank you!

This is my local SkiDoo dealer in Barrie. I have had many experiences with the Parts and Service department that left me with the wrong parts or missing parts. The employees working at the Parts desk do not have much snowmobile knowledge. I often end up teaching them about the snowmobile. For example the last employee did not know that snowmobiles came with hand and thumb warmers. He could not even price me a new Thumb Warmer assembly (which is the whole thumb throttle) because he could not grasp that snowmobiles have thumb throttles and they are heated. If they are going to charge for product they should know about it, and provide the correct parts. They have cost me many days of riding due to poor service from the Parts department. I would honestly not recommend going there and making the trip to a different dealer. This has been an issue I have seen in the past 3 seasons of being local there. Best of luck dealing with StOnge Barrie, you will need it.

We were turned away for service since they don't service any Seadoos that are older than the Year 2000. I feel discriminated against. Thats terrible of them. If they are experts then they should service all seadoos regardless of the year it was made. We take care of our seadoos which have very low hours. They should do what it takes to get parts. Obviously will never go back.

You get nothing but the BEST from St. Onge Recreation Barrie always!! Their customer service goes above and beyond!! The staff in every department is friendly and always willing to help!! A special shout out to the service department!! I ve dealt with them a few times this sea doo season (I call it sea doo season, others may say boating season? lol) and they are always extremely patient and friendly towards me and yes I am a female, and still get treated with respect!! I definitely recommend St. Onge Barrie location!!

I bought a 2019 Ski-Doo MXZ-X 850 E-TEC at last year s Snowcheck and you will be hard-pressed to find a better sled for the trails of central Ontario.

My experiences at St. Onge have always been great, especially this purchase and recent service. Joe in sales took extra time to explain to me the improvements of the Gen4 over the previous XP, made sure I got all the options and accessories wanted, all within my frugal budget. Peter in sales did a wonderful job of handling the delivery making sure all of the options and accessories were installed, assisted with the selection of other accessories, did a thorough job of explaining everything about the new sled and made sure it was fully ready when I wanted to pick it up. Ryan in parts has been excellent helping me select the right accessories, learning about other options and how and why they re suited for my sled. Haley and Scott in service do a fantastic job of recommending the services required, making sure that they re done quickly and properly, and keeping me up and running so I get maximum use from my sled even in a short season. Don in warranty works near miracles, always willing to help after the purchases and has extensive knowledge about everything regarding Ski-Doo snowmobiles. I also want to recognize Jody, receptionist, she is always very pleasant and very polite, and ready to get you connected with the person at St. Onge you want to speak with as soon as possible.

As for the sled, it has exceeded all my expectations. My previous two sleds were and MXZ-X 800 s and Ski-Doo has fixed their shortcomings, although they were few.

St. Onge is THE place to buy your Ski-Doo.

After review of the issues with my SeaDoo St Onge went out of their way to repair the machine. They provided excellent service and I was grateful for the efforts they made in a timely fashion to have my machine back to me in good working order.

Sloppy work. I've had multiple issues with the work they have performed on my PWC.

Sales customer service sucks... just bunch of lazy slackers sitting around.

Brought my 2011 GSXR 750 in for a electrical issue. After getting bike home noticed they did not put the tail section back together properly, My power commander 5 that I paid $530 brand new 5years ago and also my auto-tuner that was $380 were not securely re-mounted and left to bounce off each other for the ride home and I was un-aware.
My windscreen has scratches on it from what looks like the wheel borrow mechanic dropped the rag on the floor before wiping the grimey fingerprints off which in turn left me some really nice scratches!!!
They Did find the problem with the wiring, and ran a new wire, but it's not just a ugly green wire that they ran, They just routed it to the cluster with no regards of path. If it were myself doing it, I would have hid the wire out of site and not make the bike look like it was worked on by Mickey Mouse himself at Disneyland!!
Unfortunately I cannot give a NO star rating cause it would actually be appropriate.
This is not only a rant but a warning, I would NOT bring anything to these monkeys to work on unless it was a dirtbike and you don't mind pry marks in your plastics and wind screen wiped with 40 grit paper

Used to be really good when Shawn was there. Now it's very disorganized and some staff in service are arrogant. Won't be returning anytime soon,

I bought a brand new Sea Doo Trixx from St Onge. Alyse was a fantastic sales woman. She was knowledgable and helpful. I drove from 3 hours away and was not disappointed. It is a really great shop. I would buy from them again!

Bought my first motorcycle from St. Onge - Could not have asked for a better dealership to accomplish this. Peter and the staff were a great help from the very first phone call all the way to delivery. They accommodated an earlier pickup just so I could avoid bad weather and be able to ride back home!! :) Bike was in immaculate condition and the price was perfect, would definitely recommend to others, awesome staff and great atmosphere. Great staff. The young lady who helped me was VERY knowledgeable gave great advice. I came looking for helmets and instead of brushing me off when it was obvious that I couldn't make a purchase that day she provided me with the best info to help me make the right choice. I will purchase my helmets at a later date from this same helpful salesperson and maybe another snowmobile

My first communicating with St.Onge, was thru email.
I was very kindly directed to the right person to answer my questions that I had. This intern made the trip to the business that more efficient.
I was taken to the right person who I was emailing and got right down to business.
It was recommended to me by a friend and no exactly why.

I recently went to St Onge to look for a part for an older ATV. I was so impressed with the staff and service I received. Thanks so much, my 8 year old nephew was so excited that the ATV was in working order while he visited for Thanksgiving.

Called today to inquire about a dirtbike told it was out of stock. As I was trying to ask them further questions about when it would be in stock or purchasing another model the person on the phone rudely spoke over me told me there was nothing they could do and hung up. If the phone service is this bad I could only imagine in person service. They lost out on my sale.
