This is my local SkiDoo dealer in Barrie. I have had many experiences with the Parts and Service department that left me with the wrong parts or missing parts. The employees working at the Parts desk do not have much snowmobile knowledge. I often end up teaching them about the snowmobile. For example the last employee did not know that snowmobiles came with hand and thumb warmers. He could not even price me a new Thumb Warmer assembly (which is the whole thumb throttle) because he could not grasp that snowmobiles have thumb throttles and they are heated. If they are going to charge for product they should know about it, and provide the correct parts. They have cost me many days of riding due to poor service from the Parts department. I would honestly not recommend going there and making the trip to a different dealer. This has been an issue I have seen in the past 3 seasons of being local there.
