American Airlines gave me a food voucher for $72 and server somehow ended up charging it to my room. Use caution when using vouchers here. Never brought a roll away to my room. Rooms and service average at best.

This is definitely a rip off. I am an elite member without the ammenties of a quality inn. I have traveled from Philadelphia to Chicago Residence Inn to St. Louis Residence Inn and no changes. You pay top dollar for the extended stay to cook and use the kitchen provided and you don't even have the necessary utensils to use. Thia is TOTALLY unacceptable. $224.00 a night and they can not go to a dollar store to buy the small things to keep each room fully equipped for use of there appliances. No more Marriott for this crew. I have 3 more days and looking at moving somewhere else. No drop pan for the oven, no trash bags, no knives, no can opener-REALLY! This used to be the best of the best ....no matter what city you check in to-you too will be a victim! So dissatisfied with the MANAGERS's response of "sorry you an get that from a Walmart".

Stayed one night at this location before boarding ...

Stayed one night at this location before boarding a plane the next morning. Location is convenient to the airport and rental cars drop-offs and the primary reason selected. When I first walked in there was an OVERPOWERING floral air freshness smell that took some getting used too. I have noticed this same smell in other Marriotts and I have allergies, however this particular fragrance does not seem too bother them. When I checked in I asked to be in the newer remodeled rooms in one of the two towers, they accommodated. That was a tip from another review I read here on Tripadvisor, so know that up front. Also, like the other person stated, if you stay in the newer rooms your a 5 - 10 minute walk from the older tower and the concierge level. Everything was great and I slept very well, the only bad is the ceiling in the room had what appeared to be water damage already and I informed the GM about it just as a heads up since I was on the top floor. No impact on stay whatsoever. The concierge had shrimp and noodles, honor bar, cheeses and crackers enough to satisfy. Since I am not a seafood lover however, I ordered room service and the chicken noodle soup was excellent as well as the "Just a Burger " with fries, and a bottle of water... set you back $31.68 (without an extra tip). Delivery charge 18% plus 18% service charge, almost $7... Next time I will go to the restaurant and use that seven dollars for another bowl of soup. :) The service was timely and the housekeeping did a great job. I would definitely recommend for the overnighter before flights for the shear convenience and I would stay here again. Video of room on the YouTube channel. Thanks for reading and if it helps give a thumbs up!

Beautiful accommodation and very polite staff. Also, if you are into a bit of late night entertainment, the hotel bar is world class with a wide variety of drinks and love music most nights! Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay anywhere in the St Louis area!

Pros - I received a pleasant welcome when I arrived. The airport shuttle driver was great! He and the front desk clerk were helpful in helping to know when I would need to take the shuttle to get my daughter to her flight in a timely manner. If you are dropping someone off at the airport, I would suggest taking the shuttle and then going back to the hotel. It was much, much easier than driving to the airport myself.
Cons - I booked through Priceline and when I arrived, I was told that I would have to pay a $15 parking fee, which I didn't realize, otherwise I probably would have chosen a different hotel. I was also charged for the internet ($9.95) and when I asked the front desk clerk about it, he said that I would just have to sign up for the program and then it would be free. Unfortunately, when I received my credit card statement, I was charged for the internet fee. I called and explained and was told that because I reserved my room through Priceline and not directly through them, signing up for the "free" internet isn't an option and the only way to get it free was IF I would have book directly through Marriott. Thankfully, she did refund my $9.95 fee since the front desk clerk at the time misinformed me.
The room was okay...nothing great but it was a bed and bathroom for the night. The glasses provided in the room were dirty and looked like they were used by someone else...yuck! The bathtub was slippery and my daughter slipped and fell but thankfully wasn't hurt bad. The beds/pillows were not comfortable at all. Not a good nights sleep.
Overall, I would have expected a much, much better experience with a Marriott hotel room because I have stayed in many over the years and they have been great. Unfortunately, this location is at the bottom of the list.

This Marriott has a wonderful staff and great rooms. Guests can enjoy working out in the fitness room or soaking in the hot tub. There is only one restaurant within walking distance, but the restaurant in the hotel has some wonderful food.

After a needed refresh was completed a while back, it's been a better experience. It has a larger bar and restaurant area (compared to similar hotels), and a pretty nice courtyard and outdoor pool. The rooms are pretty standard for this class of hotel. There is also a good sized workout area and another pool at that level. Quick access to the airport and rental car agencies.

Come here every year for a convention that is held at the hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean and with a group rate decently affordable. If you're looking for an upscale place to stay right by the airport this is a great choice. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help with whatever you need.

Made a reservation over the phone and told them we would be driving in. Get there only to find out I have to pay to park. That's BS IMO. Staff was nice but the rooms are small for the price especially when you add in parking.

My flight was cancelled due to a hurricane in my home state. When I went to the desk to ask for late check out I was told they don't typically do late check outs. But, Terrell was able to get one for me! Great customer service! You guys are amazing. Thanks!!!

I visited for a conference. Convenient location right next to the airport and somewhat reasonable parking rates. Friendly and accommodating staff. Pretty decent food for a conference, too! Overall, I was pleased with my experience, although I didn't stay overnight so I can't comment on the rooms.

The Marriott Hotel exemplifies style, and class. Your front desk employees are always smiling. They're always very helpful, pleasant mannered, and courteous. Our church reserves a meeting room there every Sunday for our church service. We are always welcomed, and well taken care of by your staff. Keep up the great work!

Check in took forever! My bathroom was dirty. The previous person soap was left in the restroom. There was urine around the base of the toilet. The tub was dirty the guest services said it was from cleaning the ceiling tile earlier. No excuse for the cost of this hotel. Cleanliness should always be priority.

My entire experience was pleasant. 10 out of 5 stars goes to Jerilene, the bartendar and the crab cakes! Both went above and beyond my expectations! I will also admit, this was one of the classiest, most chic Marriott I've ever been a guest at.

Location was kind of hard to get into from it road because the entrances and exits were controlled, and our room was right next to a utility closet and the vending and soda machine. Every time someone went in there for something or wanted ice or a soda, we heard it. Other than that, everything else was great. The room was clean and had everything we need. It was cleaned promptly and they asked later if it was cleaned to our liking. Room service was very expensive, but we just ordered out for half the price.

When we stood in the hotel, we luckily were in the recently renovated west wing whereas a few friends of ours were in very outdated rooms.
Pros:
Room was updated
Working hot water
A/C and heating works
Good service
Nice lobby

Cons:
Paid parking
Room was dusty
Bedsheets had holes
Walls are thin as paper
Connection hub did not function as intended (pic)
No mini-fridge

Overall, I recommend getting one of the rooms in the west wing. Reports from less fortunate friends stated that their rooms are outdated and unsanitary.

Located very close to airport. Staff is friendly and the restaurant in the hotel is quite good, yet very pricey. Be sure to request the newly renovated east tower rooms. The west tower rooms are acceptable, but noise from the convention area can be rather loud when being used.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I have never stayed somewhere that had employees that smiled so much and so positive. Great bar, food, lobby, pools, and parking! We will definitely make this our regular place to stay when in the area (which is often!)

I just want to thank the staff and especially the manager at this Marriot for taking care of my concerns during my stay . I booked 3 rooms which one of them my 64 yr old mother was staying in .. Well Saturday evening something went wrong with the elevator so she had to walk down and up several flights of stairs well when she thought it was fixed she got on the elevator and got stuck they got her out quickly and we were only a little late to our comedy show. There were a few other mishaps but when I advised the manager Cynthia Heimsath of what all occurred she took care of me and refunded my night of stay . She was compassionate and concerned about my issues and resolved it the way a manager should .. She knows how to value a customer and for that reason I will definitely always use this Marriot when I'm in St Louis and refer them to all my relatives and friends

Nice hotel. We had our family reunion here, and everyone said the rooms were nice. The only complaint I have is the pool area was completely trashed and we called for them to remove trash and bring some clean towels. That never happened. We ended up taking towels from the fitness center. Two things that I felt the room needed was a microwave and a single cup coffee maker. You had to walk all the way downstairs to get a cup of coffee. Valerie in the dining room was fabulous, there were about 25 of us and she handled us with precision and was so professional.

We attended the Fairytale Ball and it was great fun. I dropped a star because a staffer outside told me that parking would be free, but then when we were inside, there was a parking attendant selling reduced fare parking for the event. When I questioned her, she said the man outside was incorrect. He wasn't, though, and the gate was up when I left with my 4 year old. It wasn't a terribly expensive problem ($6), but it did make me think less of the hotel staff.

This is an average hotel. Nothing special. Around business offices and the highway. Not necessarily walking distance to restaurants. Hotel shuttle runs on scheduled times to the airport. Keep in mind if you take the shuttle the vehicle might get full pretty quick in the morning and they will take off before the scheduled departure time and you'll have to wait for the shuttle.

If i could give no stars at all I would this place is never again....No...no...no..I cannot believe what is happening here...I am at this hotel after a long drive from Tulsa to meet my kid's dad for drop off this summer and they put me in a room that has a patio to the pool area...this would be nice..however...there is a huge party going on at the pool and there are about 40 people out there screaming and yelling...Kids screaming and it is almost 8 at night...you would not believe the noise coming from this area and I would never have paid for this room had I known that parties were allowed to this level...not to mention that the water pressure is so horrible that I can't get all the soap off of myself or shampoo out of my hair...it is summer and the climate control in the room is not cooling the room like it should... will never stay here again...worst hotel ever and I am here for 3 days all together...not happy at all.
