Generally dirty, smelly, noisy. From the perspective of Japanese people ...

It is on the main road...easy to find.
But hygiene is a concern at this place

It is a 4 star hotel at Koregaon Park, Pune.
The lobby atrium about 100 feet in height gives a good expanse to the hotel
Ambience is good. Rooms are good.
Food is ok. Not very attractive to taste.
Pune airport is about 7 km from hotel.
Staff and service is good

Decent breakfast options and rooms. Location is the good part of this place as it is located in the best area of Pune which is Koregaon. Giving 3 stars because the WiFi here really sucks which is pretty absurd for a business hotel.

Went there for buffet. They were helpful in letting us decorate the table for a family function. The buffet is genuinely priced (cheaper given the ambience) and is also priced same for veg and non-veg. They had enough variety and starters were more than decent. Overall had a great time thanks to the cordial service. Would recommend for small functions.

Medium size banquet hall for 200 people. Terrace pool can be used for hosting dinner.

Given 3 star for small rooms..not much appealing reception..less breakfast menu..4 star for great location..great views from rooms..staff grooming need to be improved..house keeping to be more prompt..rooftop gym provide great views.

Not so good experience...l was in room no. 209. Wash basin tape was so lick that the whole bathroom remains wet. After a 3 time
Complain they couldn't repair it. And next day they give me room no. 207 where shower area door was broken...And again the same problem. On 10th morning we reach there at 7.30 am .We had booked there
4 rooms. But even after so many request they alloted first room at 12.30 pm.

We went for High Tea - For @199 4:30PM-7PM . The service was good and the food was awesome . It was a mix of Indian & Continental with a snack' feeling. We've had both dinner and lunch here and the rates are economic but the food . . Can't praise it in words. Equipped with valet parking. Rooms will cost around 4000+ and the rooms are quite luxurious . Overall , good place for lunch,dinner,high tea & Rooms are perfect for business travellers. St.Laurn also has a conference room .

Location is the advantage .. rooms r big but the walls r not maintained , looks a sidey hotel if u look at walls . Television sucks , its from 300bc..

Went there for dinner of my bday with my hubby....no varieties in starters...main course was OK OK...deserts were not even covered..even saw some cockroaches there...salads were not fresh and sprouts were smelling..

Had a fantastic new years eve party at the ebony. Delicious starters.

Got the number of this hotel from Just dial, hence called a mobile number at 8:30 am of this hotel 888........for booking rooms. Nobody picked up the call for taking booking. Got a return call at 10:55 am. When the lady replied that it is not her duty to take these calls. I wonder why this hotel at Shirdi exists with such rude behavior to a to be customer?!! What will be the state of affairs after being a guest. They don't even deserve one star!

Went there for a freshers party arranged by my classmates.The hall was too small for 50 people and food was okay but ambience was good.

Overall good service. Good rooms. Staff was polite & good.
In and all our stay was good.

Hotel was neat good. Rooms were comfortable but the reception guy was not very poor at his job. While Doing my check-in the guy was acting as if doing me a favor.
That was rude.

Never go this hotel.They tell you one rate and in the bill it's another rate. Recently got duped for a buffet dinner of people. Staff say they thought it was a lunch buffet. No compensation till now.

Rooms are not maintained. Even they don't allow outside food.

Awesome hotel in the heart of Koregaon Park. The check-in was smooth and without any issue. The staff are courteous, willing to help and friendly. They say business hotel, but families are equally welcome. Breakfast was good, though the buffet had the same menu over the two days I stayed there. The rooms are spacious, and bathrooms are huge. Swimming pool and gym are there but I don't think much used. Overall, well recommended. for a three star it is on the higher side in terms of pricing but you can get some good deals online which make it value for money.

They kinda stopped me, by running behind me and stopping the elevator! Asking me if I'm staying or visiting and needed my ID and signature and my phone number for an hour to visit my friend in their room! We were really out in an hour's time!! Treated me like a terrorist! :'(

Hotel is good but there is no driver room , wash room was so dirty if driver was not sleeping how he can drive next day

Awful restaurant ever i being went around 5.30 everything was empty . After asking for several time they got masala dosa with little sabzi n sum dry bread sandwiches n asking us for tea n coffee thats it if this the buffet then in my life i would never ever go for buffet.
