Rooms are excellent, staff is polite, good location

My favourite for Pune. Good comfortable room and friendly staff.

Nice ambience and nice courteous staff. However noted few things for which management needs to be improved.
1. Used soaps were repacked. Found hairs sticked in it..have clicked photos of it.
2. At dinner time few items in the buffet was cold, although snacks were good.
3. Glass in wich mocktail was served was cracked. have clicked photos of it too.
4. At breakfast, all items were cold due to fuel unavailability.
5. No bathroom sleepers in their rooms.
Hope St laurn shall improve on all above things in the near future for better customer satisfaction.

Old hotel but maintained well. Though few points needed improvements, the rooms are decent and clean enough for a comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom with good fittings. Breakfast is good and so is the taste of food served in the rooms. Will stay there a again

Buffet breakfast awesome!! They make customized dosa in morning breakfast. Service adequate good. Great price and rooms

The place is nice. They have a great ambience. I have been there with my friend and there we ate a buffet. You can use your RedBus coupons there. Along with that they also have a alcarte system. Many tourist stay there as it is a 4 star hotel. There is a sample of parking space the ambience is good the interior and exterior of the hotel is great.

A very good hotel for business travellers. The hotel staff is not cooperative. There are several offers in good hotels in viman nagar which offer inroom dining facility. However such offers are not allowed for inroom dining. Its an inconvenience to the guest but the staff is adament and not ready to attend the guests request. They force u to come to the restaurant to avail such facility. For eg Beer bucket + 1 snack offer is not served inroom? What difference does it make if guest has it in room or at the restaurant ? Can someone explain? Finally i decided to go out for dinner. Looks like the hotel staff doenst want guests to come to their restaurant and want guests to go out for food... customer unfriendly policy

Only went for Midnight buffet at St. Laurn's , Ebony, to silence the hunger pang. The food spread is ok-ish with a decent ambience.. food quality is quite good. A very cost effective alternative fr late dining. Its actually cheaper to go for this midnight buffet {399 +taxes} than visiting the decent restaurants or ordering online.

Perfect location(walkable distance from German bakery, Koregaon Park), quite a decent place to stay, I got a great deal online, so why not !!!

Very unprofessional bahavior of employees. Ground level people are good. Food quality ok. No help we got from banquet managers. Not bother for feedback and very worst experience. Not at all cooperation or manarism they have.

Hello had Hi Tea today with my friends. The service is very pethetic..food is stale. Tea /coffee is worst.. one would really get hiper after having their hi tea.. water was not served.. the food quality is bad.there was hardly any food item that look fresh ,salad was spolied. worst part is no one is even bother to ask you for .. need to call for service at least thrice..very stubborn staff..staff need training. would not recommend this place at all for tea.

Visible from the main road, easy accessibility valet parking available - buffet spread is good against the cost - staff is helpful and courteous . Located at the centre - nearby hotels to visit Bluediamond and The O.

The staff is very helpful and alert to your needs.. it doesn't quite have the appeal of a high profile hotel but then again they advertise themselves as a business hotel and it definitely lives up to the reputation..

I didnt stay at this hotel but went to meet my friend visiting from isreal. I was waiting on reception and suddenly an american rushed at the reception n was complaining. Says that the hotel is not peofessional. As it is a business hotel n he came for business purpose but the families staying on his floor makes too much noise as the childrens play, run n jump on the asile or the corridoor n he gets disturbed by that all day n not been able to work.

Had been to their buffet restaurant. But it was ok. Not so great in taste and options too were limited. Anyways we reached there quite late during lunch hours.

We went for a buffet around 3 AM. The Vegetarian Curry was too bland. The Chicken Starters and dessert made up for the money spent. The rest of the items were 8/10.

Hotel is too good but the restraunt is not so happening as you won't find any crowd.

Food was delicious, good ambiance, pleasant atmosphere.

Worst banquet facilities one person say they can the other says no, Manoj their sales manager is not to be trusted to keep his word
