I had went there for their Hi Tea, I must say the food is very amazing and it is unlimited and pocket friendly, nice ambience I must say, a must go over there for your special day or regular days..

Good place for rooftop parties, not too big, not too small.

Location is good , nice interior, nice maintenance. Still so many things require to get 4 star category

It's a nice hotel. It is situated near Koregaon Park.

Very bad experience.. the front desk , house keeping all are confused n mis managed.. they fight with each Other n the guests suffer.. stayed here with my family. The kitchen staff was not even ready to heat my baby's food that I made myself. Really pathetic attitude.. the food is below average. The nly thing good any this place is the pool. The staff has no clue n they require a lot of training. Would never recommend this hotel for family stay . Opt fr Taj vivanta right next to it. A bit more costly but worth it

Everything is nice.. I would like them to upgrade their TV which are setup in the rooms and get a HD connection. These guys are still running on cable TV..

Buffet lunch 499 only.... Quality is ok ok..good place to spend 2-3 hours...

One of the most fantastic and awosam business hotel in pune

Simply loved the hotel. Extremely conveniently located. Huge rooms with comfortable bed and big TV screen; bathroom with a big tub and great shower space. Quite and peaceful. Would surely stay again. Reducing 1 star as I feel that the staff could smile a little more and be a little more warm.

Lunch buffet was amazing.

Place is nice , safe and fairly clean.. excellent value for staying overnight. Good location. However it's location on Google map is incorrect. Actual locations is right next to Vivanta by Taj.

Bad experience. AC doesn't work well. Staff looks sad. Stayed earlier but standard has fallen significantly

Rooms are hygiene and accessories too including towels, pillows are maintained clean. Staffs are friendly. Mostly speaks English, so no hindi imposition for non hindi customers. Food is good with multiple offers and discounts. If you are foodie, you enjoy the time particularly with midnight dinner!!

Decent ambience,good service but very average food in the lunch buffet.

I was there today for Valentine Eve roof top pool side event but I am really disappointed with entire event management, Very poor seating arrangement, no proper event planning..food was average.

Decent hotel, but could've been better on terms of bed size of room and dining quality. In Koregaon Park area, which is an advantage

Great place for late night buffet, quite a few option in very reasonable price. Don't miss keema, tandoor & Gulabjamun.

The management & parking service is very bad because on 31th night we have kept r in may car. After t party we came and we checked in my car they were no clothes .we told but they were not agreeing to give it.

There was birthday party and it was too noisy. Food was okay.

Quick check in and check out. Great location to go to places in Pune. Fabulous breakfast. Room is spacious and good view. Room cleaning needs improvement as there was some paper and lipstick in one corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Had the midnight buffet. For the price it was an extremely good deal, food was delicious and the amount of choice was surprising.

Good hotel but horrible food. Was attending my brother s wedding in pune and had booked this hotel for my family and my guests and had arranged for buffet. Most of the dishes were stale and smelly. After numerous complaints also they were just telling sorry and replacing the food and next day the same story and so was the third day. The rooms and facilities are all good except food. I would not recommend anyone to have the food there.

Service was very good , good starters, but should improve food , 5 stars for Service... Nice Hotel to stay with family as well as friends..

Centrally located, little low on maintenance, enough parking, rooms have glassed shower and tub area open to bedroom, nice concept if you are open to the idea. Reasonably priced for the location

You can get value for money customised package for food and stay.

Location - Near to pune railway station and well connected within the city. Lots of eateries nearby to choose from for dinner and lunch.

Service - We had booked two rooms. One room was given on time but the second was given an hour or so after the given check in time.
The staff at the reception needs to attend hospitality lessons.
The housekeeping and kitchen staff was very accommodating.

Rooms - Clean rooms with all the promised amenities that are mentioned while booking except the hair dryer in the bathroom. They did have the tea/coffee maker and a fridge. (Not stocked so kind of good)
Being a business hotel, it was disappointing to not have a notepad and pen in the room to jot down things.

Pool - They have a roof top pool. Even though it's small in size it is very well maintained.

Food - We had booked the room with breakfast included but the breakfast experience was very horrible. The kitchen staff had been accommodating with our special food requests but the servers had zero knowledge about the food and very disinterested in the service.

Overall an okay experience.

It's 2-3 star hotel that markets it self as at Star hotel.

During my 3 nights, I had to change the room twice due to various problems.

The floor was broken,
in the bathroom there were missing parts in the wash basin,
some of the switches didn't work,
some lamps had no switches and there was no way to turn them off except for climbing on chair and pulling it's plug.
The drainage was choking
When you take a shower there entire bathroom got filled with water and took 20 minutes for that water to go in the drain.
There was no shower curtain so the toilet was completely wet from the shower...
The swimming pool was unused since days it seemed. There were open electric wires in the pool water, leaving you to wonder if they're live or not.

The only good thing was the staff who tried to fight all these problems and tried to be nice and helpful.

But this hotel is a big management and maintenance failure. I will not come back here.

Good rooms, and they provide a good complimentary breakfast, but it could be still better..

Nice hotel good staff but check in was very slow. I got my room at 2.30 pm. Had to wait lot because rooms were not ready.

Nice food comfortable rooms neat and clean reasonable prices parking available nice place to visit
