My father and mother in law stayed in this hotel. Room is not great, spring mattress which was not that comfortable. Food was good at their coffee shop.

Not good service .Not recommend at all

It was a great stay. Staff was very helpful and polite Mr Nitin from the staff has helped us a lot. Room was clean and beautiful. I have selected executive superior room. Even the food was very tasty.

Worst service ,water facility would stop now and then ,we complained several times ,but they did not solve the issue,when we insisted we speak to the manager the hotel staff made up an excuse, they were not even apologetic ! Very poor service and unprofessional.

A bit too costly taking into mind that u can spend a grand more n stay at Taj Vivanta next door. Otherwise a good staying option.

Not the best quality hotel but the location is great

I had been there for Valentine's Day event. It was well organised event for couples. The candle light dinner near the pool and roof top the view was amazing.

Loved the food quality. There very many varieties as it was buffet style. Must try for desserts and starter's in both veg and non-veg.

Good thing was they had arranged a small cake for every couple for that occasion and it was really tasty.

The staff service was quite ok. Could be more customer oriented.

It's located in Koregaon Park which is one of the prime locations in Pune. So it's easily accessible.

Overall had a great experience to celebrate Valentine's Day event at this Hotel

Great Location, Decent Rooms. Check in times are odd considering it's a business hotel. Rest is good.

The hotel is average. The food is Okey. Very close to koregaon Park.

Not all cuisines were tasty specially biryani was very similar taste to leftover food

Hotel is good for stay however if you are vegetarian then I suggest not to eat here dinner, lunch, breakfast is included in the room package so can be try but not so tasty food. Local people comes here specially for non veg foods because budget buffet offers. So not recommended for vegetarians because no taste in any items we found, we were 5 person stayed in the hotel and none of us found food quality up to the mark. In the dinner Paneer veg one of the option and found paneer was so tight like it was old paneer. Pathetic experience at all in terms of food.

Amazing place n mouth watering food.very well attended by Nazbul.sad to say at front office bell boy was attending the guest.

The place is very central. The rooms are fairly good & very clean. The restaurant cum bar serves both Buffet as well as ala carte but do not have much expectations here. Although the Jr staff are good, in case of a problem or a complaint nobody will come forward to sort the issue, rather will treat you as a Pariah. The place doesn't seem to have a professional to manage the place

St Laurn is a very good business hotel. It is situated very close to Pune Airport, around 6-7 km. Rooms are spacious with wooden flooring inside. Bed size is very good. Food options are good with lot of variey. Meeting rooms are available. Overall good experience.

Best Place to stay in Pune City at affordable price.

Groomed and friendly staff.

Visited them for their Lunch buffet. Got a good deal so thought of trying. Good food, fantastic service,. The restaurant location is a bit inconvenient, but the rest is okay.

Decoration and presentation of food which was served was good. Parking is Ok type.There is a Emerald banquet hall which offers get to together for 60. - 80 persons . Dahi vada is too good

Best hotel for business traveller, for family, for couples.

Attending a Hi tea party at St laurns was a steal deal. Priced at Rs.199/- all inclusive.
A wide range of snacks and beverages to choose from.
They had a live dosa counter. The dosas were soft, alu sabji mildly spiced, and accompanied by various chutney and sambar. Other snacks included hakka noodles, spring rolls both chicken and veg, burgers, sandwiches both chutney and egg mayo, very fresh. Dhodla, samosas, matteri, croissonts and puffs all available to eat. Made fresh and continuously getting refilled.
Sev Puri /Dahi puri was also there.
Dessert had malpua, assorted cakes and donuts. All looking attractive.
Freshly brewed coffee, masala chai in kulhad for you to choose from.
Fruit punch and lassi was also available.
Large spacious table seating, not very crowded and definitely a good place for a business meet. However a/c in this weather wasn't cooling the place completely.
Also a good snacking up place and totally worth every penny!

Stay is good. Food is bad. Service is abysmal. Had to ask for water 6 times. And wait 2 hours for room service to get it. But nothing beats the bad food.

We had booked two rooms, one double occupancy and one triple occupancy. Despite several reminders & waiting for an hour at night, they didn't provide the extra mattress. After we went down to the manager, finally one staff dumped mattress and went off. We thought he"ll be back with cover, bedsheets , pillow and blanket, but he never came back. Again we had to speak to the manager in the middle of the night just for basic pillow & blanket. It took a huge effort and a waste of time & peace of mind. Hotel doesn't have basic facility of a toilet soap in the bathroom. You have to ask even for a footmat in bathroom. Staff is unresponsive & seem unhappy. Despite reasonable infrastructure, this hotel lacks basic service.

Wonderful buffet and great business/business casual ambiance. Service was regular and efficient.

Good Hotel as they say it as Business Hotel, it is located in the heart of Koregaon Park area which is supported to be posh, upmarket, high class locality in Pune.
I'll tell you my experience here my wife booked a room for us on my Birthday and specifically requested for a Birthday cake which they made a note of it, however didn't deliver as promised she had to run after them to get the cake and hessel all around.
I'm not going to cut much of their star ratings just because of the staff's mistakes.
To me a good option to be here as a business visit. Definitely not many will find this as a budget option. However it is good experience.

Room service is not good, the AC doesn't cools properly, I had call the electrician at 2 am but doesn't help..
The food is very bad... I found 3 stones in my sabji it's really very bad.. We didn't expect this
