Although the desk staff was friendly, I had to wait 4 hours to get my recalls done. I had been there so long I saw every employee take a break. I was late to work as well. I haven t had any problems with my breaks, however, when my car was finished I was told to keep an eye on my breaks as well as a few others things. I start to leave nissan and I noticed my breaks squeak. Loud! How? 4 hours I wait and now it seems I ve been set up for more service in the future. I m not satisfied and I doubt the honesty of this company.
