ST. ANDREW'S GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP THOSE WITH ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES HAVE AN EASIER TIME GETTING INTO A BUILDING THAT JUST WASN'T BUILT FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.
Myself and my daughter who uses a wheelchair have attended several music concerts here. They have always been great about helping wheelchair users up the front stairs and into the venue.
Always call ahead of time for any concert venue.
The staff will make sure the concerts are safe, and are always on the ball when there are issues.
There is various parking in the surrounding area.
ON THE PARKING LOT TO THE RIGHT OF THE ENTRANCE:
There is a parking lot right next to the building, but be prepared to pay a hefty price. AND if it's later at night the person you're paying is NOT an employee-- you're basically paying some guy NOT TO BREAK INTO YOUR CAR After you walk away from it!!!
there is NO security- any legitimate attendants leave by 8pm.
A smaller venue where you can see great bands and have a great time.
Took our daughter in wheelchair to a concert here, the staff was awesome and got her in, setup a spot for her and our family to sit and stand, and were totally great about helping us out. When we abruptly had to leave early, they set out ramps and personally helped her down out of the building. The facility was intimate and great acoustics and viewing for the concert. Their helpfulness due to her being in a wheelchair, and the staffs supportive, considerate care were greatly appreciated. Antoine even offered me his arm to help with walking out early on icy back lot. Would definitely go there again.
Always a great time. Been going here for 30 years (wow, how did that happen?) Beautiful venue, love the updates without losing the history of the place. Top notch staff and service, the sound is great, prices aren't over the top, what more could you ask for?
Great time. . . good beer! Saw a Noah Cyrus concert. Had an excellent time!
High prices to stand like packed sardines. Almost unbearable restrooms but unique and historic Detroit site.
Small venue, saw Zakk Sabbath amazing show! Great place
Small, but great venue. Kind of awkward waiting outside nearly around the corner before getting in. The bamboo straws for the drinks are delicate, but I appreciate the reduction of waste. Still thoroughly enjoyed the show and there's plenty of places to park in the area, but you're gonna pay between $10 & $20 which is pretty normal for the area.
Staff was nice and the bathrooms were very clean.
My most favorite small concert venue in Detroit Rock City!
There is nothing to say other than the fact that this is the oldest continuously operating music venue in the U.S. There is nowhere anywhere quite like Saint Andrew's Hall.
Great venue/atmosphere, staff really helpful and nice! Enjoyed it and will go back
My favorite venue for live music, this is the place
The security is very safe and the beer is fairly cheap for a concert.
Saint Andrews Hall for me back in the day was one of the places to be to see concerts at.
It's all good jus kinda small I dont like when its shoulder to shoulder not my thing pure say
The VIP section is ballin out.!!! Love the upgrade!!
Mixed crowd from some fun polite people to some very rude pushy people. Concert sound was fine.
A great place, we hax our company Christmas Party here and it was great. The part I did not like was my wife and I being hassled for money outside. Doubt if I will ever go back. Dont need the hassle. To bad, we had fun inside, not so much outside
Seen amazing shows here. Even worked there 10+ years ago
Went to Saint Andrew s Hall for the first time ever and it was amazing staff was awesome especially Nile in security. I was there for a We Came As Romans show and I had my 10 year old son in the pit with me and Nile made sure to take care of him when the pit got to be to much. Would 100% recommend will totally be returning.
Wish there were spots to sit in GA. Great bathrooms, very good security, decent drinks. A little pricey, but to be expected. Great shows! Sound is great.
Decent venue. Small but fun. Woman who runs the ticket booth is rude af. Made me wish I avoided the place altogether and just paid the extra fees online
Best concert experience for catching up & coming artists!
Was there for a Lecrae concert.....waa an epic time and the staff was very professional.
Loved it. You'll be on your feet for some time, so wear comfortable shoes
Love this venue. The crew are all really great and the space itself is the perfect size to accommodate a good amount of people without losing that personal feel to the show. Lots of parking nearby as well.
Always a great venue! Staff is actually very nice. Never have a problem parking. I always upgrade to the Mezzinine, please note. It does get packed in the GA (but That's everwhere). Drinks are venue-usual (pretty costly- but again that's everywhere). Love this venue! The pics are Peter Murphy and David J!
My favorite live music venue in Detroit! I've seen rappers, heavy metal, and punk bands here and every show has been fantastic. Security does a good job keeping everyone safe with ruining the fun, and the bartenders always provide killer service.
The staff were all very friendly, I like the way the building is set up with a bar downstairs and the stage and small bar areas upstairs. Its a great place to go see a concert and feel like it's a little bit more of an intimate experience!
