Lovely venue, great staff and good show...still game

Expensive, bad design for anyone not close to the front

Went to see 21 pilots staff on doors and kiosks were really friendly and managed the venue brilliantly

We went to see George Ezra who was fantastic. The hydro itself was a good venue with lots of food and drink available. Reasonable security and good for sound.

Fantastic venue for concerts. Close to city centre, good parking, a must

Went to watch the Tartan gig there absolutely amazing good food kind staff.

1st time in ...to see still game great seats very quick to get in and out ...Plenty of food courts and staff are very helpful

Good venue for concerts, shows etc... Best to avoid taking car though, parking expensive and car park a nightmare with lengthy queues

Went to Disney on Ice with my grandchildren. Show was disappointing but venue lovely.

Great big venue, hosting all sorts of entertainment. Went to see Disney on Ice and the kids loved it.

Great venue for a concert, been many times. Higher seating levels may not be for the faint hearted as it can be quite steep. Drink is extortionate so if you plan on having a tipple do so before you go.

Great venue, zero complaints - quite an amazing arena. Could do with better traffic management though at either end of events.

Went to the SSE Hydro for the Jonas Brothers concert. The staff was very nice, from security team members to actual staff from the arena itself. Toilets were very good, great accessibility for wheelchair users (able to go up to the 2nd floor through lifts) and there were multiple toilets at many different points of the building making it quite easy for a large crowd to quickly go toilet and come back to the show.
Stage was quite small, so performers might struggle if they re used to bigger stages but does allow for a more intimate show.
Overall a beautiful arena, with a great team and a great space for everyone.

If your looking fir live events this is the place for any upcoming artist or band to tour

Disabled parking not ideal. The closest place you can drop is the other side of the secc. A long walk for those with limited mobility

Very easy to navigate comfy seating and good views for everyone

The acoustics don't seem to be very good for music.

Meal in restaurant was lovely. Seated near stage so concert was great. Wouldn't advise a seat near back, due to size of the arena you would be pretty far away and high up.

One off Scotland's biggest venues..Poor seating,poor sound if your at rear you'll be watching big screens.not one off my favourite places to watch bands.. certainly never a comedian or similar show..too big.Royal Concert Hall far superior..

Amazing night seeing twenty one pilots. Security were very swift and quick to help people and also had a laugh with twenty one pilots during interactions. It was a great night thank you

Royal blood great! Support maybe too but sound was horrible, poor quality.

Great venue gets really busy so best ordering taxi ahead of time.

Good music venue. Seating well planned with good view from most seats. Good acoustics. Plenty of food outlets and bars but little variety.

Large events venue, easily accessible by public transport and local area. Friendly and quick guys on doors with security checks. Food and drink, bit pricey but being a captive audience they can charge a wee bit more for the privilege. Been many times before and will attend gigs here in future.

Well organised staff clearly know what they are doing
Was there to see the steamie which as promised was funny, sad and very very well done. Just loses a bit of intimacy with this kind of production but can't fault the content... went home happy. Oh and the car parking staff were well on the ball getting everyone out safe and quickly.

I saw P!ATD and had a great time, all concert venues can get busy and rowdy so it was expected, the lines outside did not make much sense and I ended up being in the wrong one for a long time. But overall, a great place to see a concert.

Booked tickets then advised seats were moved the day before the concert then on arrival refused entry!! Absolute joke, the staff on the door are rude and very unhelpful! Wont be attending any further events here as this was an awful experience! Something we looked forward to for around 6 months paid alot of money to attend

Large venue so very dependant on seat position. Seats not too comfy and on site parking slow to clear.

Parking near the venue is expensive but good venue for concerts

Great night to see Kevin Bridges, drinks weren't worth money though, wine was terrible!

Such a good place to see your favourite bands! The food was excellent, highly recommend the chips!

An amazing night. Was there to see halestorm. Event staff couldn't have helped me enough. Looking forward to coming back in 2weeks to see alterbridge.

Great venue, never had a bad view, always a good show

Great experiance being at the hydro. We are back again next year
