At first contact my case had no chance of success. Lawyer did not at them, even disinterested. Should weeks to months waiting for a reply. Eventually resolved itself and received compensation. Something he "just assumed" from my word, enclosed in correspondence with emails, just not read. Now, he would close my file and I would get a survey. When I explained why I had the file closed: inactivity, a long wait etc. my file is not closed and the survey I have not had ....
