This firm is one of the best in the Chicago land region for determined individuals. As long as you show them your ambition and compassion for your career, they will help you to the best of their abilities. That's exactly what Haris Zaman did for me despite my experience and education, I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasn't for him and his firm. SRI keep doing what you guys are doing. I appreciate Mike Ciganek & Chris Glanzman working hard to find me a phenomenal opportunity. SRI is a great team that looks out for the people they work with. Paul Spiech gave me a practice interview, and solid pointers which helped the hiring process tremendously.

Great for entry level staffing. Terrible for senior level career placement if you don't mind the low pay. Don't know their client base or who they recruit for. The junior level account executives are pretty sharp. The account manager I worked with was more concerned about mining for information and submitting as many CVs as possible. Wouldn't return phone calls. Disappeared for weeks at a time and would then contact me with absurd low-balled offers.

Ryan was extremely unprofessional, unethical, aggressive, and pushy! We had set-up a meeting not until I realized I had already talked them in the past and didn't want to pursue with their services. Once I let Ryan know that we didn't want to move forward, the guy starting harassing me over the phone.

Dont know how this place stays in business. Chris B dose not know how to talk to people. The building looks very empty inside. Would not recommend even wasting your time with these people. Typical sales people that only care about money they make off your check.

Brian P. has been nothing but on top of his game! He is responsive, he is proactive and has career targets that are considering me after our first meeting this week. My experience has been nothing but positive and I look forward to being placed in the very near future! Thank you Brian!!

Their team has a very weak communication style, plus they are lacking in their follow ups

I had just gotten back to Illinois after finishing up school and decided to go through a recruiter to find a job and honestly SRI was on top of their stuff. They helped me find a job within a two week period and it is the perfect fit to get my foot in the door with the industry that I want to go into. Haris Zaman went absolutely above and beyond to help me land a job and actively kept in touch with me through the whole process.
