I was told by many that skyline was a horrible company to work for. The company is a dictatorship!! They claim to have culture at skyline, but the only culture is bosses covering up bullying incidents to save their own jobs at honest employees expense. Skyline does not protect its employees and if you are thinking of selling your company to them think twice, they will make you think you are family joining the team then fire you and take everything you built. Skyline is cut throat the owners only care about themselves not the employees.

I took a communication training seminar, the best seminar I have EVER attended. You definitely look at verbal communication in a different light. The training is not geared to work communication, but verbal communication in general. I would attend again, I think everyone should attend this class.
