Came in later on a Friday night and got seated in Forest s section. He was an awesome server. Very friendly and knowledgeable about Squatter s history. Gave us great recommendations on food and drinks. Took his advice and drove to Brighton and hiked around Lake Mary. Beautiful!

Loved this place!! For it being in UT we were able to have a great dinner, drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere with kids in tow! The staff was exceptionally grand. Some odd UT rules: you have to sit if you drink alcohol. You can only have 4% beer after midnight and that s all they serve on tap. Bottles/can do have higher %. Oh well glad I m only a visitor

I love this place! The upstairs seating has Gorgeous view at night for those romantic date nights ;) the whole facility is aesthetically pleasing. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to interact with. The beers are pretty delish and I really need to point out that they have the best steak nachos! Not only are the toppings fresh, but the chip to topping ratio is perfect! They even layer it, a concept that most other restaurants seem to not get! They do offer other great menu items, but my husband and I find ourselves frequenting the steak nachos. FYI for those of you with kids, there is a children's menu and it's pretty decent. Any day that involves squatters is always a good one! Thank you squatters for being so amazing we love you!

Our server was great, the beer was good, the food was completely meh. The pub pretzel was a microwaved pretzel. I ordered the "Tatonka chicken sandwich". The cheese wasn't melted, and the chicken breast was small, so much so that I had to rip the bread off of the sides, otherwise it would be an empty bite. My friend ordered the Caesar salad and it basically tasted like lettuce. Their food needs a major upgrade, otherwise don't bother serving it. Just stick to beer.

Great food and beer, service way to slow, i have been there 8 times this fall and i can tell you from every visit that they make you wait. It took ten minutes for the waitress to come by, another half hour for salad and a personal pizza for the two of us, and 20 mins to get the hell out there after we requested the check. Unacepptable. Go with a lot of time!

Very Pleased, twenty of us arrived which quickly turned into almost 30 people yet they were still able to manage us without delay. The food was what I would consider mid to slightly upper priced but the quality was very good and proportions were perfect. Wide selection of Micro Brews that are very tasty. I would like to give it four and a half stars but that is not possible so will be giving it five.

Had the bourbon burger. Excellent pub, wonderful atmosphere, great food at decent prices. Was here at a Wednesday and it was packed. Good bar area too, and lots of seating. Friendly personnel.

Went there this weekend and our as the waiter was walking past he bumped my beer and spilled it all over me. I've worked in the food industry. Generally, you comp the item (if not more) and you offer dry cleaning reimbursement. Instead the check came at the end of our meal and they charged me the full price for the beer they spilled. I asked to have the beer comp'd and they said legally they aren't able to remove the alcohol from the check me for the alcohol. So they took $2 off our meal.

Seriously? I go home smelling like a beer but it's all okay because I saved 2 whole dollars. I will never go here again and suggest going literally anywhere else with better food and better service. Red Rock is just around the corner :) Epic Brewery and Desert Edge are close too.

We wanted to make reservation for 12 people around 11:30 AM. But looks like they couldn t make reservation as they need all the people to walk in, which was understandable. So after couple of mins, almost 11 out of 12 showed up, with one being on the way. The lady at the front desk was so adamant that she would still can t offer a table and still have to wait for the last person to show up. Do note that there is no waiting area as well. There was an empty table right there to accommodate 12 people but looks like squatters don t want our business for some reason. We left disappointed. I wish I could give zero reviews to this place. Thanks for nothing , Squatters!

Squatters has some of the best brunch in Salt Lake. Two dollar mimosas and Bloody Maries, and a delicious breakfast menu, what else could you ask For? Great service, great food and drink, definitely recommended.

Jenn at Squatters was so great to work with and honestly so was the rest of the staff at Squatters. We held our wedding ceremony and reception here on the 2nd/3rd floor. And it turned out beautifully and they were so easy to work with. The food was fantastic, the beer and wine was fantastic, the staff was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking to use them for just a place to eat or even to host a party/wedding.

Highly recommend! Super friendly service and great food. Obviously went for the beer and they have some of the best! We actually came for the sweet potato fries and they were delicious. They do mobile menus as well as mobile paying. Very convenient!

Legendary wings were good but not legendary. Good gluten free crust for pizzas, but Locals Only toppings were hard to eat (thick salami) and cheese was only on half the pizza. Nice that it's open late and on Sundays though.

I went in tonight and the server placed my order but the kitchen overlooked. Finally I received my pulled pork sandwich after 30 minutes. they rushed the order and it was pulled pork with chicken chunks mixed in. The manager a lady said oh well they made a mistake. Are you kidding me. This restaurant does not care because they are busy.

I attended a party here at their upstairs venue and everything was fantastic! They had a wonderful line up of appetizers, all of which were delicious. And their beer was very good. I really enjoyed their Espresso Stout on Nitro. Great brewery!

Pale ale is the best I've ever had. Polygamy Porter, while an exquisitely clever name, was only mediocre. A bit thin and watery. I like my porters so thick I need a knife and fork. However, in the spirit of complement sandwiches, let me reiterate the pale ale is truly top shelf. Great ambience and staff. Worth a visit for sure.

Ok. This place had incredible service, but their burgers are yuck. The huge patties are super dry and there was no sauce on the buns! Just a dry piece of meat covered in Bleu cheese. Not a fan..

I think I was profiled because Im not a mormon and have neck tattoo. They brought me the check before i even finished my first beer. I ordered another beer and soon as they brought me the beer I received a check again. The food was very greasy like it was cooked in dirty oil in the deep fryer. I just arrived at SLC and this place is a disappointment

By far my all time favorite restaurant. They ask you how you would like your food done, staff is beyond incredible, and the wait time is always reasonable. Excellent atmosphere and just an all around 10/10 pub. Thanks Squatters for an amazing birthday.

The food was good, but I would not recommend this place for a party or event. The space we were in was open to another party above us. The noise from above was so loud we couldn't hear anything going on at our event. Plan to have your event a different venue.

We were happy they were open on Labor Day and for a later hour till 8:00 p.m..
I had fish chips onion rings sweet potato fries. My husband had their chicken salad on fry bread... It was not fry bread..
They should have not served this salad today.. It was a hard crispy over- fried pita
When we asked them for a second fry bread after saying it was not fry bread at all they brought us a second over -fried crisp pita.. My husband went on a mission to the Indians and he knows what fry bread is.. We know they can do better because that's what he had on a Sunday a month ago & it was true fry bread then.
Basically a $15 rip-off today.....
no discount offered for unhappy customer....

I ate there twice in one day. The taco salad was outstanding and the club sandwich was mediocre. I sampled all their beers, the amber and the oatmeal spot stand out. I would go here again.

Just ate here, food & beer was good. Sat at the bar where you would normally get good service. Once my waitress left for shift change, I was nobody else's problem. I wanted to have another 1-2 brews, but I never got asked in 55 mins of sitting there.

This was my 1st time to Squatter's Craft Beers downtown SLC. My hotel recommended it as well as many reviewers; thanks Stella!

I was impressed by their beer selections and thoroughly enjoyed their 50 cents, 3-ounce samplers. While sipping away, I noticed many reviewers had positive comments about the burgers and garlic fries and my stomach was growling.

Since I was starving and the picture of the chili looked good, and I know it would be served quickly, I ordered a cup. I like my chili meaty, served hot, with a light spicy kick and this chili met that criteria. It was very tasty. Since I was drinking carbs, I ordered the blue cheese burger medium-rare, minus the bun, and added mushrooms. It was cooked correctly and had a nice fresh flavor, and the bacon had a nice hickory flavor to it. The garlic fries were tasty too, and weren't loaded with garlic, rather a nice light amount so my breathe didn't bowl people over. Dessert, oh no... I had to try the bread pudding after a few "amazing" comments. I could feel my jeans tightening on my mid-section! OK, the bread pudding was incredible. Their was plenty of bourbon sauce which I spooned up and poured on top of the bread. They added walnuts and powered sugar on top, that was a nice addition and not overdone.

Lastly, Jessica was my bartender and did a fantastic job. She welcomed my presence and always smiled. She also answered my many questions about the various beers and what made up their flavors; and never left me hanging, thanks Jess!

I give Squatter's Craft Beers 5-Stars for being a quality beer producer, with quality food, a clean environment, and friendly staff. I can easily see this place being a great hangout for locals and was very welcoming to visitors. I highly suggest you give it a try!

Always good food, drink and service. Squatters was the first brew pub to open in SLC some 30 years ago and there's a reason it remains very popular: good food and beer at reasonable prices. Squatters has also been an environmental leader for SLC restaurants in recycling glass and locally sourcing food.

All around great experience starting with the hostesses who bent over backwards to take care of the party I was with. A big shoutout to Maddy who wore such a huge smile! The food was excellent and the on-site crafted beer hit the spot. Squatters is a must for anyone looking for cold beer and modestly priced food you can rave about.

Great service, food and everything. Reception was very warm and our server was excellent and extremely nice. We came here because the next door restaurant Vitler's was busy and the reception there was so cold. I'm so glad not to be able to eat at there and we found a great place instead (probably 1/3 price and same quality...)

This place has amazing beers and burgers. The menu is extensive. This place should certainly be on the list of anyone visiting SLC for a few days. Stop in at the gift shop by the hostess station for some take home beer or a souvenir bottle opener.

The food was great, the beers were very good. The service was, TERRIBLE. Big bob and Colby were the two bartenders. Never really looked at us, never asked about our food, only talked to us to asked if we wanted more beer. They were nice only to the people who they worked with. They even dare talking and laughing about customers, in front of us. Getting on their phone. We seriously felt like we were bothering them. I strongly advice to sit at a table if they are bartending when you go.
