The hiv unit is extremely unprofessional - they dont return calls - more in "training" than in the office - called the number case mgrs and the director say to call if it's time sensitive and NO-ONE answered and never got a call back - made me miss appts because they don't follow through - they have lied to my face often and never directly answer anything - they have monies, gas cards, grocery cards and other tax payer funded assets available that they say they offer - when asked for them they don't have it - and its really irritating to see them while at a "conference" drinkin and partying - who pays for that? - I'm still trying to the same 4 numbers but no return calls - now I realize why hiv people and their people were devastated when Spokane Aids Network closed - I'd say for sure don't go to srhd but we have no where else to go
