Great appetizers, hearty entrees, and attentive service. This was a great fine dining option for a special weekend in Beaver Creek, and one we'd highly recommend.

Call before you dine in! They only have 8 entree items. I only came here for the salmon that is on the online menu and one of the first pictures it shows online. But they didn t have it on the menu anymore. I ordered the idaho trout and it was very bland. Definitely not worth $48.
Splendido put a sour ending on a beautiful week in Beaver Creek. First off, let me say the chef is outstanding, as the food, when we got it, was excellent. Our waitress did her best, but it took half an hour for our appetizers to arrive, and another 1hr and 15 minutes for the entrees to show up. We arrived at 8pm, and our entrees were served at 9.45pm. Meantime, people who arrived after us had finished their meals and were being offered desserts. When we brought this unacceptable service to a manager s attention, the supposed manager, whose name is Billy, was completely unperturbed. He did not utter a word of apology when he came to the table, and did not comp anything for the atrocious wait inflicted upon us - not even coffee! LOL!!!! I have eaten at multiple three Michelin star restaurants all over the world, and at holes in the wall, and everything in between, and never have I encountered a manager who really did not give a damn about the customers experience. I was once at a similar caliber restaurant in Lake Tahoe, and the manager comped an entire meal, for a mild inconvenience. So, I d say, if you like to go to places where the management does not give a hoot about your satisfaction, go to Splendido. Let s say a Michelin star is not in its future!
Wow! We had such a great time last night for our date night. Immediately after being seated, the Som came over and helped us pick out the most delicious wine. The waiter, Milan, was so attentive and friendly. The Olathe Corn soup was so good I wanted another bowl (which says a lot because I don t really like soup!) and the Lamb entree just melted in my mouth. I can t wait to go back. Highly recommend a visit here!
Matt and his group were great.....communicated graciously upon arrival with reservation times and the overall experience was fabulous.....so very nice.
My wife and I had an incredible dinner at Splendido. We started with the octopus appetizer, which was great. Lot of flavor and cooked perfectly. Both of our dinners were very good. She had the chicken and loved it. I had the rack of lamb and it was one of the best I ve ever had, cooked perfectly. Very pleased with all the food. Martinis were made well too. Nothing but great things to say about Splendido s food. It s not the cheapest dinner around but I think it s worth it.
Splendido at the Chateau is the place to dine at when you re in Beaver Creek. I ve been a fan of Chef Brian and the entire team here at Splendido for years, they are simply the best! Upon entering the Chateau we received a warm welcome from More
We spent over $1000 and received terrible service. I would invite the general manager to contact me to understand how upset my party was with the service.
What a great place! Great service, great food! A must come back for sure! 1000% recommended everyone!!!!
Best dinner in Beaver Creek. The food is upscale and the atmosphere is right on. The kampachi appetizer might be one of the best bites thay I have ever had. The service is wonderful and the menu has options for everyone. Looking for a upscale and romantic dinner this is the place to go.
