Tiny reception area. Marketing Manager English very poor, hard to understand what she said.

Not just a work place, I found my purpose in working towards company's goal.

Not good management and too much worst hr department and mostly company quite so casual job not secure

I had a work trail almost couple of years ago it was extremely brutal. People and environment were seriously bad and bully. They gave me a 2 hours trail but I gave up with in 15 minutes because the environment and I almost got vomiting. Guys don't get a job here it's really horrible.

Worst company ever. Do not work there. Specially in IPQC department.
They fire people for no reason.
IQC department opened 4 months ago and still not sure about the function of it and low level employees gets blame for that.
They do not pay weekend or overtime loading.
Newly hired gets promotion even without any experience and employees working there for long time gets nothing.
Work only if you can speak Chinese.
Meetings usually conducted in Chinese because very few can understand English.
Lots of work politics.
Fired many employees in middle of the shift.
Your PROJECT MANAGER would misunderstand your English and blame you for the mistake at the end.
You will probably know more about the production line more then your managers.

This workplace is a nightmare ! Do not work there
They hire me as a production staff fulltime then in a mid week while working ., they told me to go home coz they gonna move me to the IT DEpartment So they conduct another interview , paper works etc
Then told me to wait for their call to comeback into the diff department Fvck after that they block me no call no text ! it means they fire me for no reason. All of them there is racist ! Very horrible place
The manger team leaders they dont like to talk to me coz im a filo ! coz most of them Can t understand english so they speak chinese in their language then looking at me and talking something that i don t understand ! I can speak and i have respect .. but them NO * very rude im just telling the truth ! Very unprofessional
