Very nice hotel with green territory, beautiful beach and tasty food

We stayed at a Premium Sea View room with an incredible view over the coast. The hotel is nice overall, but guest experience was interrupted by EXTREMELY LOUD music heard from pool parties EVERY DAY. The parties went up to 12.00am and even through a closed balcony door it was well heard in the room.<br/>Wouldn t recommend the hotel to people with kids looking for quiet relaxation.

Nice place for a conference, good beach, pretty expensive bar and caffe, spa is really good especially in winter.

I was here for a week long conference. The room was nice and room service was professional. The beds were very comfortable and the views were nice. Though there were food and drink items available to me in the rooms (there was a mini-fridge full of drinks), all of it, except for some complimentary water given to me by room service every other day, cost money. And it was very overpriced. But I didn't care for any of it anyway, so I wasn't bothered.

The pools available in the spa were very nice, though there weren't any hot tubs if that's something you're looking for. The conference rooms were were a pretty good size and the technical staff were good about working with us and getting the equipment we needed to support a full rock style band with multiple singers after Air France lost literally all of our equipment and most of our luggage that we brought with us from the States. The main restaurant (although there are more that just this one, I didn't eat at any of the others) was amazing. It supplied some excellent and varied food everyday and was all-you-can-eat.

Also, there are nearby shops and a mall with a wide range of stores to get whatever you need. There is a nearby "old town" which was absolutely beautiful and awesome. An old medieval fortified town full of small shops and restaurants.

All the staff here at the hotel was more or less friendly and very professional. This is the first time I've ever been at a hotel as fancy as this. It certainly has set a new standard for what I think of as good and professional service and comfort with respect to hotels.

The room is wonderful as you would expect for a 5-star hotel! The entire hotel and its environment is really cozy and welcoming! The staff is very professional and kind with everyone. The breakfast was incredible! There were dozens of options to choose from, from sweets to salty and everything was delicious! The pool and SPA are definitely a must try too! Delightful experience!

Great place for hosting conferences - the floor plans were done really well so that the guests have access to the balcony for some air and there's a huge space for exhibition booths right outside of one of the main conference rooms.

The food is amazing and buffet offers a selection of high quality dishes.

Great place to stay at, modern and clean,large and spacious rooms ,so clean ,very friendly staff.
Close to the city center and many pools and the beach is so nice . highly recommend

A great hotel. Located on the Adriatic sea, to which I had a view from the window of my room. Mijsce charming in the vicinity of Budva surrounded by rocky hills. A mild climate and a palm tree near the beach. As for November, it's a nice surprise for me

Excellent hotel. Well-groomed area, a large swimming pool. Its beach with sun beds. Was in 2014.

Did not impress. The hotel is of course beautiful, well maintained, gives the impression of expensive. But firstly, it s not worth the money they re asking for, and secondly, the staff is polite, but not at all friendly and thirdly, step to the left, step to the right, pay separately. Then we stayed for another week in iberostar, and there we enjoyed an order of magnitude more.

One of Montenegro's best hotels. If you can afford a vacation in this place, then feel free to choose this option. Good cuisine. The first coastline. It's located on the Vienna beach. A good, modern hotel, a pity that is not in harmony with nature. It is located right next to the Belgrade Hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, directly on the beautiful sandy beach. The offer to use the towels for free on the beach we found very good. There were never any problems with the chairs. There were always plenty of beach chairs available and the service staff on the beach was really worth five stars. Unfortunately, the drinks in plastic glasses served what a five star hotel in turn is not worthy. The prices are above average in the hotel as well as on the beach. One pays for a bottle of water (0.75 l), e.g. 6.00 and for a 0.33l bottle of Coke 3.70. The waiters in the restaurant are not very friendly and they make no effort. It is served diagonally, you have to wait very long to be served and they walk around like the chickens do not know what to do next.
The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The room service has made it clear that they expect a tip. Under the edge in the sink was not cleaned properly. For me this hotel does NOT deserve five stars. The service and the attitude to the guest is not right in this hotel.

My sister and I had a reservation at Splendid back in April but were unable to come due to the Covid situation. We have been trying to get a refund since late March. Back in April we were told "we'd start giving out refunds in a few weeks". It has now been a few months and I have still not received my refund. In early August we asked about it again and were told that "we still don't have information on when we can give you a refund". How a 5 start hotel can't do a refund within 4 months is beyond me and completely unacceptable. Even worse, the two employees that we were in touch with have been ignoring our emails for a couple of weeks now... Terrible service, do not make reservations here.

it's a nice hotel with beautiful view.
just a few things I don't like:
1.live music in Asian restaurant will 12 mid night,really loud that i can not sleep.
2.reception area,bar area are full of cigarette smell,even though a little space is non smoker,but you still can smell smoke because people sitting really near you are smoking.
so my 4 yrs daughter can not stay there to play or listen piano,such a shame for 5star hotel.
she can only stay in room after dinner till sleep.
kids club close at 6pm.

Great hotel with its own beach. The premium room is very comfortable with beautiful sea views. The room has a comfortable bed, c pillows, coffee machine. Capsules, however, at 1.6 euros, which looks a little strange for a hotel of this level. Very large balcony, curtains in all windows. When checking in - a gift from the hotel, in the form of wine and fruit.
