My sister and I had a reservation at Splendid back...
My sister and I had a reservation at Splendid back in April but were unable to come due to the Covid situation. We have been trying to get a refund since late March. Back in April we were told "we'd start giving out refunds in a few weeks". It has now been a few months and I have still not received my refund. In early August we asked about it again and were told that "we still don't have information on when we can give you a refund". How a 5 start hotel can't do a refund within 4 months is beyond me and completely unacceptable. Even worse, the two employees that we were in touch with have been ignoring our emails for a couple of weeks now... Terrible service, do not make reservations here.
