Probably the best hotel in Budva. Nice hotel, beach, pool. There is a fairly decent casino on the 10th floor. In general, I recommend!

Traditionally, over the years they have maintained a level of high professionalism and kindness while maintaining the entire facility as if it had been opened yesterday. Complete service from lodging, food, valence and sps, cargo to, beaches .... for all five stars. Value for money.

This coma is a great pity that the environment spoils this good hotel !!!

Each assessment is subjective and reflects its own expectations regarding place and time. We wanted quality, comfort, something different and Mediterranean warmth for adult tastes, and we didn't expect much :)
The overall look of the hotel is stunning. The entrance with shower and the view from the entrance hall, both outside and inside, tell you all the essentials on offer. The public areas of the hotel were spacious and clean. The landscape elevator was a nice detail. Don't miss the hotel's "Traditional Countryhouse" service, where a national costume guide is available until 12:00 in the morning. History only 20m from the pool area :))
The breakfast buffet is rich and high quality. There are so many options on offer that you don t have to eat the same thing every morning if you don t want to. Although the quality of coffee varies, you live with it too. In our opinion, the quality as a whole was of a high standard.
Montenegro had a lot to offer and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and there were enough. The level of service is professional. We didn't think about tidiness anywhere. The pool area cleaning, water measurement and maintenance were convincing and gave the feeling that it is safe and pleasant to be there. Also, the hotel beach was always clean of debris.
Our room on the 4th floor gave great views of the sea, pool and mountain slope.
For our needs, there was excellent and free WiFi access throughout the hotel, even on the beach. We think a five star hotel in Montenegro is the right rating.

- The most annoying thing about our whole week's holiday was that some selfish customers booked sun loungers without using them. The hotel s towel for the hotel s pool area and beach is a hotel towel, which can be obtained against a towel card from the pool area from 07:00. We noticed from our balcony that during the week, many went to pick up passports = towels right after 7am and first took them to the beach. They then picked up new towels, took them to the pool and returned to the hotel. So they stayed by the pool and they also had a place on the beach or vice versa! When we searched for towels, we also saw that some also received several towels when they requested it, even though there was only one towel card . The saddest thing was when we saw the little boy crying. The mother and little boy came to the hotel beach in the afternoon, but were turned away because there was no space. At the same time, there were hours and hours of unused beach chairs under the towels, even from the morning! This should be addressed by the hotel!
- The prevalence of smoking, although in the end it was only annoying from time to time. We were able to live with that too - although without this disadvantage we would have gotten along :))

I am pleasantly surprised by the service and kindness of the staff. The rooms are perfectly clean, the food is very good, the facility is very organized, everyone is trying to please the guest. Better service and ambience than in much more famous locations in the world.

It's the luxury. It's the small detail that will make all the difference. It's also the simplicity. It's just what you need.

Very nice comfortable sea like in front of the sea and in the sea. Budva is already a city of nature and history. Kotor is a city that lives a few days and must be visited.

Attended a business meeting at the hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are large. There conference facilities are very good and the food in the three restaurants are very good.

It was splendid and exclusively refreshing, you can walk the Adriatic Sea from the hotel and smell the freshness of the ocean.

Nice spa, friendly but confused personnel. Otherwise personality-less casino and conference hotel with extraorbitant prices not justified by quality and location...

A hotel that deserves every asterisk that has a wonderful experience

The hotel itself is the norm. The downside is: Water is paid, coffee is terrible for breakfast. The coffee machine in the room is paid and it barely works. Otherwise, everything is clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly only housekeepers (it seemed to me so). The lobby on the beach is kind of friendly, but it's kind of cold. We will hardly come a second time.

Very expansive for no reason, I asked for ice and ofcourse I was going to tip. And normally never have to pay for ice in any hotel around the world, they brought me the ice which is tiny bucket with 10 ice cube in it and want me to sign receipt for 5 euro, what?

Beautiful large luxury hotel with everything on it. Nothing you can imagine or it is present. Very clean and just everywhere. All buffets very extensive, well-kept and tasty. Everyone can find his or her taste. The staff very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. A minus point, the restaurant staff is so absorbed in their work that they do not always notice the needs of the customer.

Fantastic hotel, nice and large rooms, neat and clean, luxury at every turn. Housekeeping visits the rooms twice a day. Friendly staff, food superb. Located along the coast. All rooms have balconies. The center of Budva is about 3 km away so you can walk or you can take a taxi which is very convenient.

This is probably the best hotel on the Montenegrin coast, very well organized with professional and professional staff. When you arrive in front of the hotel, you will be welcomed by friendly staff who takes care of your luggage and your vehicle. All praise.

A great experience. The hotel is pretty good for a 5 star hotel but there are some downsides. The breakfast is really rich and good, but the coffee is really bad and they charge you extra for an espresso or capuchino. There is a coffee machine in the room, but every capsule you use cost 2 !!! It seems like every detail in the hotel is set to make you spend more money. Didnt went to the casino but heard its good. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a bath and a shower in each room. The gym is very small, there is only 2 running trails and no lifts at all.

It is a quite spectacular place. In particular the view from the room. But also the beach, the food, the service, the pools.. everything is really good! I must say that I really love the breakfast!
