We have been only one night so we can not say many things. The buffet is large and generally well made. We were the right staff and last night we were the last to dine and they turned out almost all the lights for us to leave. The bars close at an early hour for what we are used to in Spain. A good beach hotel but to be honest you have a star.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the sea, has an outdoor swimming pool, a water park and a spa with an indoor pool. A continental buffet breakfast was well stocked. The furnishings of the rooms seem to come from the 80s (at least those on the first floor) and do not have a bidet.
(The sea is a marvel and the cost of food outside the hotel is very low.)

Perfect hotel for family with kids. The Aquapark is an added value, the outdoor pool is beautiful, the beach is nice and big (clean), the spa has many services and the indoor pool is very special. The rooms are a bit old and "tired" and breakfast is okay.
Beautiful ambience, friendly staff and access. The food is overwhelming and special thanks to the choice of rolls. Worth to come and enjoy really, I will definitely come back.

They don't offer irons - not in the rooms, not when you call reception, and they also don't have an ironing room. They have an outrageously priced "laundry" service and didn't want to hear that my clothes are clean and don't need the laundry... They also woke me up at 5am - my name starts with the same three letters like some other guest who requested a wake-up call. And then they threw out my water bottle while cleaning my room - the one I was planning to take with me on the beach to stay hydrated. I informed reception, they didn't want to hear and told me to write a complaint. So here.

The location is not so great. The services are ok and the personnel are willing to help you. The Air Conditioner a little bit old, it broked 2 times in just 2 days. I was on All Inclusive program and I can say that the food was good, but there is just one bar at the hotel with only soft drinks and beer. No beach bar or any free drinks on the beach. The beach seats and umbrella were included.

We only visited the aqua park at the hotel but it was great. Large swimming pools and plenty of slides, although some were closed when we visited, along with the lazy river which was disappointing. It's worth noting that you do not have to purchase a full day ticket which can be costly but can do half a day which starts around 2. Lovely bar and cafe which serves poolside snacks.

It gives access to a dirty and unkept beach. You can rent umbrellas and beach mattresses, but nothing is monitored and you are warned that the hotel is not responsible for any flights. In spite of this the price of the hiring is of 10 of rent per hour for a mattress and the parasol 5 .

Nice hotel. We were in a completely new wing. Little things were missing and it still smelled of color. The food and service were exceptionally good.

A middle class hotel for mass tourism. Unfortunately, the service was a bit overwhelmed with the onslaught of guests on the day we were there. The room was clean and in order. The food was varied and tastefully prepared.
