I had a clogged sink and called to get the same day service. The guy charged quality service money for his time but didn t bring anything he needed to work on plumbing so he had to drive back to work each time he needed a tool. He charged for a 20 minute drive to my house but weirsgalla is 5min away. I signed a receipt for 550 at the end of the night, but they called to inform me the next morning they processed a transaction deducting 825 from my account. They didn t even fix the clog. I just turned the heat way up and waited for it to melt.

Called this company regarding a well water problem after 9 pm in the evening and was immediately called back and set an appointment for the following morning. They called early the following morning and recommended that I contact Ken Olson Well Service explaining that if Wiersgalla came out and it turned out to be a well problem I would end up paying for their service call AND the well service. I did as they suggested and it turned out to be the well pump so Wiersgalla' honesty saved me a service call. I have used Wiersgalla before and have always received prompt service....Often they will show up when others have a waiting period. I highly recommend Wiersgalla plubing and heathing.
Unfortunately had to call on a Saturday night, the guy came at 9:30 PM. Awesome service. Last time I made the mistake calling a different company when I needed a plumber. Will definitely call you guys again in the future.
Quick to get up and complete the work. Service fee was a bit high because they were out of the area. That being said, they were upfront with me on the charges and asked me if I understood and to make sure I was ok with and agreed to the charges.
Eric was great and prompt. Followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still A'OK. Would have them service my heating and HVAC again.

My husband and I had a horrible experience with Wiersgalla. We are renovating our bathroom and needed some help with the plumbing. We called Wiersgalla, whom informed us they could complete our project the following week. We called them to confirm mon. Of the week they were to complete the project and the person we spoke with stated she had no record of our previous phone conversation or appointment. They made no remedy of the situation and were very rude. I would never recommend this company, very poor customer service!
The service tech was very professional, arrived when estimated to be at our home, fast service, didn't perform any extra work that wasn't needed to get the job done, listened to us when they got to our house with what was happening and suggested another service and only charged for a house call.
We had a pipe break while trying to change an old shower fixture. We called Wiersgalla after hours. Their on-call plumber called us back right away, came out to look at it, and fixed it. They were timely, courteous, professional, and honest with us. We would do business with them again!
I just called them and they refused to even come out since I live in an older mobile home. It's a simple job that I want them to do but I was turned down as soon as they heard the word mobile home. My house is in nice condition and I don't want to be treated like trash again like they did.

After Wiersgalla Company plumbed my mother's kitchen. I recently purchased a condo that they had remodeled the bathroom and it's spectacular. So I hired them to remodel my basement bathroom. Another job done professionally and on time. They also repaired the mini-split air system. They are the right company. Very pleased.
My furnace caught fire due to improper cleaning & venting by another firm. Weirsgalla had a new, high efficiency furnace installed within 2 days, switched from oil to propane. I had an issue with extremely high propane usage for 2 months and Daniel, the service tech triple checked any and everything to correct the problem. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable. He was returning for the 4th time to try and resolve the high propane usage when the consumption of propane dropped dramatically and the gas odor coming from the tank was no longer present. There was an obvious leak the propane company insisted wasn't there. The sudden drop in propane usage said otherwise. Weirsgalla was coming back to run an additional line. When Daniel came out with the necessary parts and supplies to do the work, it was decided it was not necessary to install the additional line. My cancellation of the service was handled with utmost courtesy by both Daniel and the office. Their customer service is outstanding and they went above and beyond to make effort my unit was and is working properly. Highly recommend!
In terms of this company being horrible... I m on the front train pulling the whistle. Awful! Sad to see them doing so well in Obama s economy with out acknowledging it.
My hot water heater would not relight and we were having our-of-town guests at our cabin the next evening. I called Wiersgalla and they came out immediately. It turned out that the water heater was not reparable. They had to order one, it was delivered the next morning, and it was installed and working by 4 that afternoon! It was no easy installation; the heater is housed in a tight closet-like structure on the outside of the building. It had to be partially dismantled in order to get the 3 wider new heater inside, then repaired after the heater was hooked up. On top of all that, it was raining all day! Tom Lindenfelser, the chilled plumber, called me as soon as it was done. I cannot say enough about the friendly, professional service and I will call them again. In addition, when I made my initial call, I was told their fees immediately and I appreciate that. Highly recommended!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! By far the worst experience with service we have ever had. We called the company after the gas company told us we needed the gas inside the furnace turned down. While here the technician recommended we update our thermostat to "run more efficiently". We scheduled another appointment for this (6 days later) found out that the tech turned UP the gas by double. Our furnace quit working and after 2 weeks dealing with them, had to do to a different company because they couldn't fix the problem. They charged us over $500 total (including marking up a $40 thermostat which he could get working either to $135) for this technician to literally scratch his head and have NO answers to the problem he caused!
This was our first time using Wiersgalla, and I will say for sure they are our new plumbing company. The person who took my call this morning was excellent and helpful. She said they for sure could get me in and it would be this afternoon. The person, Russ, called and let me know when he was on the way. When he got here, he got right to work. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it and told me what they d do if the problem comes back. He was great. Fair price for a great service. I will call again when I need something.

This was our issue: Our upstairs heat was working just fine and our heat would get up to temp quickly but our downstairs heat struggled to hit 70 degrees. We live in an old home so we usually keep our heat at 73, but our heat just wouldn t get past 70 and ran all day long! It was like we had a govern on our heater! It was super frustrating! We had another company come in before Wiersgalla and they told me there is nothing wrong with your heat, you need to accept that your house isn t going to get up to 73 when it s this cold outside , (of course! That s the issue! It s -25 outside for the first time in 6 years years right? This is Wisconsin, come on!!) We have always kept our house at 73 in the winter and we ve lived here for 6 years! So needless to say, that company got a horrible review! Our service tech from Wiersgalla, Kevin, was very polite and professional. He listened to us as we explained the issues we were experiencing, quickly Assessed our heating system, and figured out that our pump was bad. He spent a few hours changing it out, but afterwards he made sure the heat was getting up to temperature on my main floor before leaving, which was awesome of him! I couldn t be happier with the service I received from Wiersgalla today! Thank you so much Kevin!
