Our upstairs heat was working just fine and our heat would get up to temp quickly but our downstairs heat struggled to hit 70 degrees. We live in an old home so we usually keep our heat at 73, but our heat just wouldn t get past 70 and ran all day long! It was like we had a govern on our heater! It was super frustrating! We had another company come in before Wiersgalla and they told me there is nothing wrong with your heat, you need to accept that your house isn t going to get up to 73 when it s this cold outside , (of course! That s the issue! It s -25 outside for the first time in 6 years years right? This is Wisconsin, come on!!) We have always kept our house at 73 in the winter and we ve lived here for 6 years! So needless to say, that company got a horrible review!
Our service tech from Wiersgalla, Kevin, was very polite and professional. He listened to us as we explained the issues we were experiencing, quickly Assessed our heating system, and figured out that our pump was bad. He spent a few hours changing it out, but afterwards he made sure the heat was getting up to temperature on my main floor before leaving, which was awesome of him! I couldn t be happier with the service I received from Wiersgalla today! Thank you so much Kevin!
