I visited Spin Cycle City today to have a pedal repaired on my bike. Jan, the owner, was friendly and professional. She completed the repair while I waited and the cost was reasonable. This is the second time I have been there and my first experience went just as smooth as this one. Thanks Jan!

Really good and quick service, fair prices and amazing staff. Phillip took care of my road bike as it was his own. I went to fix of my road bike and they took really good care of it, adjust other parts I didn't know were wrong and made sure that I got out of the shop with a bike that was safe to ride. Dear Spin City Bike, here is my story which I m glad I get to share. We decided to take a mini vacation with a group of friends, we are starting to learn how to mountain bike. In the middle of our ride my bike started to make some noise and then it broke! I googled the nearest bike shop and Spine City Bike appeared. Well . Many thanks to the personnel. When I arrived, they were extremely busy, and I explained my situation and they told me from the start your vacation is not ruin and no worries we will fix your bike so you can continue with your vacation. Here I am thinking how they prioritize customers and provide excellent service, I highly recommend this place. Once again thank you prompt attention.
Spin City Cycles is a great bike shop located of 441 in Apopka. Filled with a variety of new and used bikes for everyone, Jan, the owner, also carries a collection of racing clothes as well as bike parts. There's a mechanic on site in case you need anything. I came in with a flat tire on a new racing bike. I had no idea how much pressure to put in as well as needing the adapter for the stem. Jan helped me with everything. I highly recommend Spin City Cycle.

I would not trust this shop. I took my mountain bike there for a normal tune up. Got it back and first ride was going down hill and back wheel comes loose from axel and I took a header. I also had trouble with the middle sprocket not shifting correctly. Called the business owner the next day and he took no responsibility for the issue and argued with me. I asked him if he took the back wheel off and he said yes. I've been riding the bike for 18 months and never had this problem and then the first time I take it out after the tune up and the wheel falls off, coincidence I think not. I asked for a refund because I wanted to take it somewhere else and he refused. He said he would offer to take a look at it, right like I would go back there after that experience. Owner does not take responsibility for his actions. Worst experience I've ever had. I should have stuck with the professionals at David's, guess that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. Luckily I didn't get seriously injured
This is a wonderful place to bring your bike or buy a new one. The service is great.
