Dear Spin City Bike, here is my story which I m glad I get to share. We decided to take a mini vacation with a group of friends, we are starting to learn how to mountain bike. In the middle of our ride my bike started to make some noise and then it broke! I googled the nearest bike shop and Spine City Bike appeared. Well . Many thanks to the personnel. When I arrived, they were extremely busy, and I explained my situation and they told me from the start your vacation is not ruin and no worries we will fix your bike so you can continue with your vacation. Here I am thinking how they prioritize customers and provide excellent service, I highly recommend this place. Once again thank you prompt attention.
