The owner is the most ignorant arrogant business proprietor that I could imagine. I would give it zero stars if I could. Never ever patronize this establishment!

Best place to go for purchases, repairs, and expertise! I have purchased an upper level instrument from this shop, and after testing instruments from multiple shops, their piccolo and expertise was superior. Robert Johnson has so much experience and knowledge to help you choose the best instrument and comply with your budget. I send all of my instruments to him for repairs and routine maintenance, and their service is excellent in quality and precision of work.

Furthermore, Robert has helped me address unique requests for ergonomic tweaks to my instrument that have been cost effective and provided the exact function I needed. He is always willing to take the time to discuss questions thoroughly with each customer, and all of his business is conducted with great integrity. After 20 years of playing, it is a joy to continue to work with such a wonderful resource for all of my needs as a flautist!
