The staff at Spex construction has completed multiple projects at our house. They remolded the kitchen and living room, remodeled the bathroom and multiple exterior projects. I was very satisfied with the quality of work that they completed. The staff was friendly and treated us very well.

Eli just finished our bathroom and I felt compelled to write a review. I was beyond impressed with Eli's work. After we had a lot of trouble with another contractor doing our kitchen, we knew we had to find someone different for our bathroom. We had at least 4 different contractors come over to check out the job and give us quotes. Eli actually came in at the best price. On top of that, he really worked with us to get it within our budget. With a baby on the way and limited funds, his flexibility was MUCH appreciated. Not one of the other contractors was willing to work with us in that way.
I figured that since he was so great budget-wise and with such a great personality, he'd be difficult once the work got started. I was definitely wrong! He was beyond professional and stayed on top of every subcontractor to make sure they got their work done on schedule--unheard of in the industry! Eli actually finished our bathroom on schedule! If not a few hours early! I could not believe it! So, not only did he deal with my crazy pregnant brain and the pressure we put on him, but he finished on time and with a smile. Oh, and I can't forget to mention--he also finished within budget. I would definitely hire Eli of Spex construction again, and hopefully we have a chance to. He was such a pleasure to work with and I really do trust him. I will also be referring him to all my family and friends. He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.

This is a bad Israeli owned company. The use sub contractors and will over charged the work 4 to 5 times the normal cost. The also do really bad job, the good reviews the have is paid friends. The are scammers who will take your money and run. Do not do business with them

Awesome Experience with Spex Inc After 10 years of thinking and talking about remodeling out 80s style master bathroom, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Spex Inc and we contacted Eli and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs, communicated flawlessly, and truly brought the whole team to reform our bathroom. New tub, sinks, granite counter, tile, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting .so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for.
We couldn't be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. Eli who managed the project was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way.

Spex Inc is a fine company. If you want to get your remodel done in an adequate amount of time by professional people who do this type of work regularly, Spex Inc is it. There are alot of contractors out there. The single biggest problem with all is based on individual work ethic. If you have someone who gets an early start then they are going to get something done that day. If not things can drag. Spex Inc weeds those people out the best they can. All the work is overviewed by a project manager to make sure things are done right.
Spex Inc just finished two baths in my home. Six days and both baths were transformed to a spa like/high end hotel type bath. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. Eli listened to my wants and led his crew to create beautiful baths. Left the house clean and ready to use! Would highly recommend this contractor!
We hired Spex Inc to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Eli's wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. It was time to really remodel the master bedroom's bathroom, which is the largest in the house. It desperately needed a large fixer upper, and I wanted to go for a more classical look, something out of the Roman baths. Well I am glad I hired these guys, because they delivered big! They really knew their stuff, got some quality marble, and tiles, and really fixed up the bath and shower to better meet the look I wanted to go for. Now my bathroom looks as luxurious as I originally envisioned it. They really took advantage of the size of the bathroom and made great use of the height, making it very bright during the day, and comfortable during the night! Again, I want to thank these guys for doing such an awesome job.
Spex Inc. has done two renovation projects for me. One was a large one and the other was just a small bathroom remodel. The price was fair in both instances. The project was done quicker than we thought it would be. I would highly recommend them.
My kitchen....finally the way I always wanted it to be I had always wanted to convert a large island in my kitchen to make part of it into a bar while leaving the other half at counter height. After seeing the fantastic work that Spex inc did on a friend's bathroom re-model, I contacted Eli for a bid and eventually decided to go with them for the project. Spex team did a great job managing every detail of the project, and their carpenter did an absolutely fantastic job with the cabinet work. They ran all around town finding tile to match the slate that was already down in my kitchen, and they were also able to find a great match for my granite counter tops. The completed job looks exactly the way I had envisioned it, They did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
Remodeling a complete kitchen is a major task and can be a major risk. After much research we chose spex Inc and it was the right choice. We had a basic concept in mind for taking out the old cabinets and removing a bar height wall, but with Eli and his key players we were able to come up with a comprehensive plan. Their contributions really brought out some excellent ideas that pulled the plan together. The workmanship of the cabinets, the skilled people involved in all phases and the quality of the materials really made this a great experience.
