Made a deal with Trucks & Parts Tampa, FL location on a used truck. They sent me a buyers order and I had a check cut. Stayed in contact with them to line up transport (while they were adding a new tarp per agreed price). The next day the salesperson called and said they sold the truck to someone else! I told them we had made a deal on the used Mack Granite Roll-off and I had hired a driver for it. They showed no concern... said they had a guy who was buying three trucks from them (after we had negotiated on truck for three days and were going to be adding a new pioneer tarp system and they had sent me a signed buyers order). I asked to speak to the person in charge and he said it was just the way it happens. Three days later the guy calls back and said that their client was unable to finance truck due to the age and we could have it. All this trouble and the way it was improperly handled we easily declined... They put us in a very bad situation and did not care. I WOULD AVOID THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY. I am glad we did not purchase the truck because I'm not sure they would rebuild or replace the parts they said.
