Eli just finished our bathroom and I felt compelled to write a review. I was beyond impressed with Eli's work. After we had a lot of trouble with another contractor doing our kitchen, we knew we had to find someone different for our bathroom. We had at least 4 different contractors come over to check out the job and give us quotes. Eli actually came in at the best price. On top of that, he really worked with us to get it within our budget. With a baby on the way and limited funds, his flexibility was MUCH appreciated. Not one of the other contractors was willing to work with us in that way.

I figured that since he was so great budget-wise and with such a great personality, he'd be difficult once the work got started. I was definitely wrong! He was beyond professional and stayed on top of every subcontractor to make sure they got their work done on schedule--unheard of in the industry! Eli actually finished our bathroom on schedule! If not a few hours early! I could not believe it! So, not only did he deal with my crazy pregnant brain and the pressure we put on him, but he finished on time and with a smile. Oh, and I can't forget to mention--he also finished within budget. I would definitely hire Eli of Spex construction again, and hopefully we have a chance to. He was such a pleasure to work with and I really do trust him. I will also be referring him to all my family and friends. He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.
