Specialty graphics called our company and asked for the owners name. when i refused to give it i was called an IDIOT....... wish i can give 0 star

I ordered after cutoff time and asked for them to push the order through so I could make my cutoff before the holidays. She printed it out special and took it back to production. Next email I received was the shipping confirmation. She went above and beyond and so thankful that she did. Thank you Specialty Graphics Supply for going the extra mile.

I was recommended by a fellow crafter and my life has been changed ever since. Their vinyl and htv are great and I love how I can get it cut anyway I need and in any amount that i need. This place is absolutely awesome. They have what you need, when you need it, and pick up within an hour all in one place Sooooo Sweet! I just wish they had a couple Saturday hours like 10am-12pm for like a $2 service fee to tip the person working that weekend.

I have been ordering from this wonderful company for the last year or so and I have never been disappointed! I had to call customer service recently and when I identified myself the young lady on the phone immediately knew who I was and was very accommodating. This is why I continue to use them! I have found some of the vinyl I need a bit cheaper elsewhere but their customer service was no where near the level of care I receive with Specialty-Graphics.

I've placed several orders with Specialty Graphics, but most recently I purchased ThermoFlex Turbo to use on dri-fit jerseys for my work's softball team. It was very easy to cut, weed, and apply. The best part....I didn't leave any scorch marks on the jerseys because of the low press temperature! And like always purchasing was easy and shipping was fast and reliable! Specialty Graphics is a great business and they continue to have my business!

The folks at Specialty Graphics were great. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. It was processed, shipped and arrived in 2 days. The product worked well and provided a great result.

Bought an OKI printer from this company and my experience has been horrible. They sent me a broken printer right out of the box. After back and forth of asking for a replacement, it has now been over a month with having this broken printer just sit in my studio.

Even when I have tried to contact them and ask for a return or replacement they have just sent my information to OKI help . Now let me tell you something...The OKI mechanic told me You should return this product or get a replacement after he came to my house and worked on the printer trying to make it work. He was at my studio for over 6 hours. This was after sending me parts three times telling me to switch this and switch that until I begged for a tech to be sent out as nothing was working.

This is no longer a new printer that I spent over $7,000 on. After the mechanic left, the printer doesn t even power on anymore due to him taking every piece apart ( I watched ). I know this part is not the fault of this company but its customer service should of been more guided and helpful in this situation that is taking up my time and money since I bought it from them. They should test their products before sending out!

It is so unfair that even the OKI mechanic could not fix this issue. I messaged Specialty Graphics Supply and they answered me back stating they will take care of my issue to my satisfaction . Waiting....waiting....Not even a phone call or email back to follow up what is happening? I have not had a response yet. Mind you, it has been a 4 week problem that has not been solved yet of just going back and forth and requesting a return/replacement.

Will never purchase from this company again. Give me back my money and send me a return label for your broken printer.

This store has been our best friend in the business we do. If I have a problem I call and they are always there to answer to help me.

I live in the Chicago area and have previously ordered my vinyl needs from businesses out of state as I wasn't aware that Specialty Graphics not only is in the Chicago area, but only about 30 minutes from my home. I placed my first order with them Monday and picked it up the following day. You can typically place an order online and pick it up one hour later! Such a convenience, but more than that....they are such kind and wonderful people! I use both HTV and permanent vinyl in the products that I make and when I inquired about a particular manufacturer and if they carry it, they don't...but they do carry another manufacturer's product and gave me 2 (full sized) samples to try.

I'm a strong supporter of buying local from small businesses wherever and whenever possible and this company definitely has my support!
