I have ordered from here multiple times now for my design business and I ALWAYS get it delivered less than 24 hours after I made the order, every time I'm so surprised at the shipping speed! I researched online for awhile on companies to purchase my flock templates from and I have used Specialty Graphics twice ... once for SGS template and then again for the rock-it stencil ... i have no complaints. It was shipped timely, received fairly quickly and packaged nicely and arrived safely. I have no complaints thus far and will be purchasing from them again this week

Vinyl is good quality. Only color that seems to have a problem sticking to the clear coating is glitter grass green which can make it hard to weed. Fast shipping, usually arrives within 3 days.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Great products and the best customer service ever! If your items are shipped, shipping is pretty fast as well! Since I don't live too far from them I pick my items up most times and orders are ready within and hour of placing them. Highly recommended.

So easy to order and they have great prices! I love that they are in the same state as me so that I can get my products the next day which is great for business!

I love this company! Only problem is when I use the Foil transfer paper, it doesn t transfer completely to my paper. I use a laser printer and I m super afraid to use any other color of their foil like red, purple, light blue etc. The darks colors are fine because you don t see the black spoches that much, but if you look closely you can. I use Minc machine and I ve tested the 3,4&5 levels but going to 4&5 a lot of the foil sticks onto the parts where there is no laser printing. I need help!!

Specialty Graphics is my go to for my vinyl needs. I use adhesive and HTV vinyl. They have a wide range of colors and vinyl types for my needs. I love the fact that I can order in quantity and save a few extra dollars and profit more on my products! The customer service is excellent. If ever you need help, they are there in a very timely manner. I constantly receive reviews from my customers commenting on the quality of my vinyl. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I gave them one star because I couldn't give them zero!
I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon and received the FedEx shipping confirmation with delivery date pending. I paid for 2 day shipping and was expecting to receive my package today (Friday). Imagine my surprise when I went online to check delivery status and saw that they had shipped my package ground and I would not receive it until TUESDAY!! I paid over $20 to have it shipped 2 day because I needed it for this weekend. Now they are closed and I am angry!

I have ordered a handful of times from this vendor. Most recently I made a simple order for one item. Upon checking out and clicking 'submit' there website locked up on me and eventually force reloaded itself after reading an internal site error. I did not navigate away from this is the process not wanting to interfere with the order. Ten minutes later I had an order confirmation on my screen and was pleased. I made this order over my lunch break at work and they shipped it immediately (with the quick service I can at least give them two stars). By the end of the day I noticed that my bank account was charged double, and among my (spam) email I found that there website's glitch during my order process made two duplicate orders. I contacted as soon as I saw this but was still charged not only the price of two of the same items, but since they shipped them separately I was paying two shipping charges (which came out to a quarter the cost of each item). I tried to explain my situation and they were unable to help. I even offered to suck up the price and keep the duplicate, even though I did not need it, if they could just refund my shipping cost on one of the items since they should have shipped them together. I have not only stopped receiving response but am seeing no further action on their end to help me resolve this issue. As much as I appreciate fast service, it is hard to tolerate very unprofessional customer service. One that will immediately tell you that you're wrong regardless of your knowledge of what actually happened, and then proceed to resolve things on their end eventually by just ignoring customers when the mistake lies on them.

I have ordered from Specialty Graphics for almost 2 years now. The customer Service department is very kind. Every time I call I have experienced professional service. I ordered transfer paper for my laser printer and I messed up more then half of the package before I figured out how to use it. I called customer service and explained the situation and they replaced the entire package.

I wish I lived closer to this company...I have ordered from several companies for Siser HTV and this is the only company that ships in a timely manner and has the lowest prices. I wouldn't order from anyone else and I always recommend them.

This place is awesome. I have called them directly more then once and they have been so very helpful making sure I get what Is best for my for my project and not always what is most expensive. Their site is awesome and easy to navigate and never have I had a problem (unless it was my error)

I'm not the type of a person that leaves reviews all the time and this is my first review of Specialty Graphics Supply after at least 8-10 orders in the last year or so. Every time I order from them they are quick to fill the order and get it shipped out as quickly as possible. Pretty much right after placing my last order I realized I made a mistake in how much material I needed. I had a bunch of last minute T-Shirts to make and without making a mistake in my order I was going just gonna make them on time. Since it was late when I placed my order I had to wait until the next day to fix my error. After speaking to them the correct order was processed and shipped out that day and it got to my house quicker than it normally does. You guys are a life saver. Thank You

prices are decent, they do range around a dollar or so more than my other supplier but Specialty Graphics Supply has WAY more colors for the HTV and I LOVE it. :) Can't wait to get my order.
