This place might of just saved me. I had a difficult project due to small text I couldn't use adhesive vinyl and yet they gave me hope. I was able to discussed everything, send a picture on the material I'm doing. I was given great feedback. They really are helpful. Even with other projects I've had throughout the years. I love the employees that's there from the 2 young ladies awaiting your arrival at the front to the 2 men that's in each office, that offer help for anything. Also i love how friendly the dog (a part of the family) is very well trained and loved. Every time I pick up my order they already know who I am. Lol. They always greet you with a smile and for that I'll always remain a loyal customer.

Great Company, I have been purchasing HTV from this company for the past 2 years. You cannot go wrong with prices and shipping speeds.

I bought the Graphtec CE6000-40 cutting plotter. They were very helpful in answering all my pre-purchase questions and again once the machine was in-hand. I was set up and running in no time at all. There customer service is great and easy to work and their products have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Promo materials have been standard quality. Nothing amazing to say about them, but nothing terrible either.

The constant phone calls after asking to be removed 4 or 5 times on the other hand are getting extremely irritating. Today I mentioned that I've asked several times and was told I'd be transferred to a manager. Instead, I was just left on hold until I hung up.

Will be reporting to the BBB.
