I have always appreciated this company for the speedy delivery, fair prices, and fantastic customer service. I just didn't know until recently how they are a cut above the rest. Few weeks ago they closed for a bit due to covid and I was in a bind to find another supplier, boy I seriously had no clue the top notch service SGS was giving. The cuts on my vinyl were cut short and uneven, and every time I would go to cut it took me longer, and a waste of my time dealing w all the uneven cuts. So hats off to you SPS you have been my supplier for almost 5 years now, and I will continue to be a loyal customer

I have made several purchases from Specialty Graphics Supply, I really thought that this was a place that I could start using permanently. I made a purchase to complete a job that I had. The vinyl was put on the shirt the way it was recommended. I also did a test wash to ensure that there was no problem with the vinyl as I have always done.

I completed a total of 70 shirts all done exactly the same way. Long story short, I got calls that the vinyl fell off the shirt after being washed. There were 40 shirts that had to be redone. The other 30 shirts had no problems at all. I contacted Specialty Graphic and let them know what had happened. They told me that I should re-press the shirts and I must have done something wrong. I figured if it were MY fault then all the shirts would be ruined, but only half of them were.The woman I talked to told me she was going to call Siser. I have not heard from them, I had to repurchase the shirts and redecorated.

I will NEVER purchase from this company again.
