I paid the required $10 and applied online to adopt a puppy. I took about 30 minutes to fill out all their questions truthfully. For some context, I am a very responsible and stable individual with an excellent living situation for a dog, with a fully fenced in yard, working from home, tons of experience raising puppies, etc. Hard to imagine a better situation for a dog. Yet Spark denied me because of my age, marital status, and lack of homeownership. Since I was blatantly discriminated against, I requested a phone call (which I think I'm owed considering I paid for the application). They have yet to respond to that request which was almost a week ago. Why have me pay for the application and take the 30 minutes to fill it out when they were just going to deny me for factors I could have told them about in a few seconds over the phone? Really shady business practices, and now refusing to address my questions/concerns when I have already paid for the service of the application. No surprise the only other review here is also 1/5 stars.
