I hired Clear Water Filtration to upgrade my small water softener system. They assured me their system was going to solve all my problems with mineral buildup etc. One of their selling points was the system would cycle on number of gallons used not on a set time.
The system they sold me is a nightmare! It cycles often during waking hours which results in high quantities of salt in our drinking water for hours; undrinkable! There are also no controls so the average home owner is left unable to troubleshoot.
Clear Filtration has set up a system that requires you to use their service department regularly if you want the system to function properly!
BEWARE! Do not buy a system from Clear Water!
