Surry Gardens Review

Great selection with a few wonderful choices that have been difficult to find. Plants were well cared for at good prices. Friendly staff. Will visit again.

Have been a loyal customer for many years however, I won t support any longer due to continual terrible customer service.

We chose some houseplants. When we went to pay we had to ring the bell several times. While waiting several employees came in none of them offered to help us or get someone to cash us out. After 10 minutes an employee came and asked if we were ready to cash out. With each item we were buying she gave us the price and asked if we wanted to purchase it.

I've gone there for three years, but no more. The owner has been consistently rude, and they don't stand behind what they sell. When I speak to my friends and neighbors, they all agree. It's not worth it. How can someone be in a bad mood constantly?

We asked Surrey Garden to come to our home in January, to discuss some serious planting and gardens in our new home. She took pictures, told us to fill out forms (we did twice) and never heard anything back. So we called again, and she was going to get back to us. Long story short, we are 4 months later, and after a few more phone calls were just told they are "too busy". Would have been nice to have been told that 3 months ago.
