I would rate my experience a negative number if I could. I was very disappointed. I reserved a stage storage for a 7.5x 10 ft storage unit only to go and look at the unit to see a 3 ft pole blocking the entrance. Customer service would not offer a further discount on the storage unit and no other units that size were available, so I ended up having to rent with another facility. I was nevertheless extremely disappointed by the false advertisement, time wasted, and lack of remediation. I would not recommend this company. Customer service was not helpful.
