Spa Nijoli is wonderful! I have enjoyed both mani/pedis and amazing massage sessions there for a few years now. I appreciate the relaxing, professional, calm atmosphere; the personable staff who will chat or allow me to be quiet--whichever I need that day; and the attentive before & after service. In fact, when I moved away from the area, I made a point to by spa packages so that when I come through, I can schedule an appointment and be put at ease and unwind. Andrea is my go-to massage therapist, but I have found every person there to consistently offer professional and attention-to-detail service.

I (Susan) had a massage with Melissa. The BEST massage I have ever had! She is wonderful and knows what she is doing. She has definitely gained a new client. :)

There front desk staff are airheads and due to them not removing my credit card info when I specifically called and canceled a spa service 10 days prior I was charged $80. My husband called later that day and scheduled a couples massage as a surprise and gave his credit card info it was a Valentines present and low and behold they charged him full price for the couples massage upon checking out after our massage when they admitted and knew they already charged my card for half of the service, Instead of them deducting what I was already charged they went and charged him full price and now I have to wait 3-7 days for them to refund my money. Im not impressed I've heard nothing but great things about there other services but I am highly disappointed in there customer service had to ask for a manager because the girl that answered the phone had no idea yet she tried to argue like she did and tell me I didn't cancel my apt. Which I did they just didn't remove my info when I called and told me they did and assured me I wouldn't be charged. The massage was ok but definitely not worth the price given there a pretty big spa with high priced services, I've had multiple massages and have been to numerous places go treat yourself to a massage at Foxwoods for the same price way better service. Or save tons of money and go get a massage at Royal Nails in Haverhill that is way less costly and just as good if not better that Spa Ni' Jolis!!!! Needless to say I will not be returning for any service.

I love the hair cuts I get at Spa n'i joli! They are always top-notch and I've never had a bad haircut there in all the years I've been going. I like the extra special treatment you get before your service - the offer of coffee, tea or wine - and the ambiance is relaxing, particularly for massages and mani/pedi services. I think they could use more room near the main floor front desk, as it can get crowded and loud with people checking in and out. Other than that, I think the overall experience is great!

Lovely experience. It was around 120, with tip, for a 60 minute massage. I have been seeing doctors about neck and back for months and while they have helped with nerve irritation, my massage resolved nearly all the muscular pain and tension.

At first I thought the price was far too steep but it genuinely is a lovely experience and the relief is worth it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and as this was my first massage I was slightly nervous but they made me feel right at home. It is clean and warm and the massage rooms smell lovely and have soft music playing.

Word of warning though - if you experience severe knots and request those to be worked, prepare for pain. It was a very painful experience for me, even more so than physical therapy, but the relief was indescribable. The next day I felt sore and a bit ill but then following that I felt wonderful for weeks. I absolutely plan on going back every now and then!

I absolutely love this salon. Aside from the beautiful aesthetic, my stylist is absolutely amazing and always knocks it out of the park. Even when I want to switch it up and do something completely different (like chopping off my long locks and going from blonde to red!) - I always know it's going to look amazing. On top of that, I bleach my hair so I need products that will bring my hair back to life, and I trust my stylist when she makes recommendations. My hair has completely transformed now that I have a healthy hair care regimen. I will never go anywhere else! Amanda Dillaway is absolutely amazing by the way! Love, love, love. I try to get in there at least once a month.

My spa pedicure was done by Michelle who paid attention to detail, resulting in a polished, neat look. All the staff was very professional and the atmosphere was relaxing as I listened to soft music. As a mom of 2 young kids...I always tell Jeff G. (my stylist), that my "hair day" is always my favorite day! This is a relaxing, upscale, yet approachable salon for all of your spa needs. I typically get a cut, color and style every 8 weeks and it's always top notch. Jeff talks with me about what we're going to do, follows through on his word and gives an amazing scalp massage with the deep condition treatment. Plus, the glass of wine that I get upon my arrival is the icing on the cake. I've also treated myself to a massage, facial, and mani-pedi here (I don't regularly get spa services here unless I purchase one of their awesome seasonal packages...which are a bargain!). I love Spa Ni Joli!

I've been coming here for over six years, I love my stylist (not saying her name because I don't want her to get too busy, but they are all great) and the salon is clean and really inviting. They do great work and always offer me water, wine or coffee.

I started seeing Jeff for my hair cut & color about a year ago. He's excellent and really pays attention to what will work with my daily routine, maintenance level, and natural hair. Taylor did my hair once when Jeff was away and she also did an amazing job. I love the ombre she added and highlights! I am so happy I made the switch to Spa Nijoli. The hours they are open are great and you can tip using your credit card (which seems trivial to note but it's important!). I highly recommend going here for anyone looking for a new salon.

I had a great signature massage by Cecily recently. The spa was friendly and timely and the rooms were serene and quiet. She did a fantastic job of helping me to really relax and then working on my tough spots which left me really sore but feeling so much better the next day. She even incorporated some cupping and biofreeze which would a nice added bonus! Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

spa nijoli forgot about me in the relaxation room even after I had confirmed my appointment. After feeling like an invalued customer, Michael the Manager worked with me and went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer.

This is the best place to get your hair done and much more. Everyone is so nice and the place is so clean. They all make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The manager is the best at making you feel welcome and keeps the place going very well.

They don't overwork their Massage Therapists so you get an amazing massage no matter what time you go. They are priced only a little higher than the 'generic' places and its DEFINITELY worth it.

Every service here has been fantastic!! They offer great package deals throughout the year (mother's day, back to school, etc). I always take advantage of those since you don't need to use all the services in the same visit.

I went for pedicures at Spa Nijoli for a year. While the pedicure was great, my recent experience has left me upset. I arrived for my appointment and told me I couldn't have my service because I had my son with me. My son has come to every appointment with me, and was there when I made the appointment. They then said a manager would call me and they did not. I'm very glad that their business is doing good, but I will not be treated that way.

I had the 75 minute signature massage and it was one of the best. I was escorted to the massage room on the Spa floor which was quiet with low lighting. I was told what the steps of the massage before we got started which limited the talking during the massage and allowed me to relax and just sink into the whole experience. Who wants someone chatting the whole time? They use very warm, almost hot towels to loosen your muscles. Included is a 15 minute foot wrap and massage. I would recommend spa nijoli & salon and this massage to anyone. It is the ultimate pampering experience. I have re-booked and am looking forward to it.

I was gifted a prenatal massage at Spa Nijoli. The first floor of the spa is clean and airy, and it has enticed me to schedule hair and nails there later.

For a massage, you take the elevator to the second floor of the spa which is dedicated exclusively to spa services. The details in the bathroom, hallway, room, are elegant and aesthetically pleasing.

The massage, which I took at 8 1/2 months pregnant, was thorough and relaxing. I plan to come back for a couples massage with my husband.

I visit the nail salon every week and they do a wonderful job. I have also had massages, spray tans, facials, waxing and hair services and I have never been disappointed. I had a wonderful 90 minute massage a few days ago. I just had my first baby 4 months ago and didn t realize how much I truly needed a good massage. The pressure was perfect, music was relaxing and the therapist only spoke to me at the start and end but let me relax throughout the entire massage. Wow!! Can I have one every morning please?

I have been getting massages all my life, and I have to say Spa Nijoli is one of my favorites to go to. Reason why is massage therapist Andrea Ruggiero!! I have chronic back pain for over a decade, and I have found getting deep tissue massages help with my pain management. Andrea I have to say has done wonders on me, also giving me stretching techniques I can do at home to help loosen and stretch my back. Andrea is a doll, I have since then had some of my co-workers and friends go to her and the response is the same! I look forward to booking another massage with her very soon!!!

Great atmosphere and professional hair stylists. I have my hair done by Mandy and she does a fantastic job. She takes years off of me with a color that suits me and one that I love. She listens to what I am trying to do, but as a professional always advises me if it is a good idea and we usually compromise. I come out of it with a color and cut that exceeds my expectations.

The location is convenient and if you need childcare they have day care available through the gym. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I have been here multiple times with at least three different massage therapists and EVERYTIME I am incredibly satisfied.
For reference, I am both a medical provider and professional athlete, running over 50 miles a week and lots of upper body exercises with workouts all lasting 2 hours or longer. I feel like a 100 bucks after each massage and they hit every spot perfectly.

Incomparable service! I have received services at multiple spas both locally and while traveling and have never had an experience like that of Spa N'ijoli. The staff are knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, polite and most importantly consistent, and have always put forth the effort to accommodate to schedules, requests, and preferences. On 2 separate occasions this winter (in 1 week may I add!) the snowfall had interfered with my ability to maintain an appointment as scheduled and the girls at Spa N'ijoli managed to adjust each appointment with understanding, patience and class. LOVE Karina ( my massage therapist), so five stars for her, three stars for Nijoli as a whole. The waiting area is very small, noisy, uncomfortable. The counter staff are polite, but very cold. They give the impression they'd rather not deal with you if they didn't have to.

I find that no matter what service I am there for the friendly staff always take the time to consult with you. Spa Ni' Joli offers high end treatments and products at fairly reasonable prices and it has an excellent reward and loyalty program. They also go above and beyond to provide excellent service and a relaxing experience.

My experience at Spa nijoli started about 6 years ago when i asked my former waxer where to get a good spray tan and she swore up and down this place was the best. From the second i walked through the doors i knew i loved it here- its chic and full of life. I now live in NYC but i travel back to methuen, MA to get everything from a blow out to polish change. Lindsay is the absolute best- i send anyone who asks to her immediately and everyone i have sent becomes a client for life! I wish i still lived close enough to make it here more often but anytime i come home i make sure to drop in because its unparalleled in service and style to even the most world renowned salons in the big apple!

I have been going to spa ni joli for my massages for 6 years now. But last week i had a sports massage and i was not satisfied. I left with the same tightness and knots as when i went in. It also made me sore for 4 days afterwards. This is the only bad experience I had but I was not happy with it.

Never had a bad experience. I get my hair done here every 8-10 weeks. My hair dresser works closely with me to create the look and feel I want. I've had a lot of success doing what I wanted with it, and my hair has never felt better. First time I've ever chosen to buy the salon recommended products because they really do make a difference and are worth every penny.
I've done couples massages and a pedicure as well, both of which I would do again. The atmsophere is very relaxing and everyone is extremely friendly. I just wish I could afford to go more often! Also, they will send you discounts and deals on your birthday so share that info!

Spa Nijoli has the best massage in the Methuen area, I love coming in every time and their packages are really affordable. I never have to specify a massage therapist because every single professional is fantastic!

This spa was very relaxing and full of wonderful hairdressers! It was very easy to get an appointment with the stylist of my choice. Lauren is a great stylist and was able to help me get closer to my hair vision. If I was closer, I would be at the salon very often.

I only come here for my bikini waxes. I started getting waxed last year for the summer season and met Nancy who is not only an amazing waxer, but a great person to talk to, as well. She is very friendly and is extremely quick and efficient. It can get a little pricy, but I wouldn t want to go anywhere else.

I ve had several facials here with a few different people, and while everyone was professional and did a wonderful job, Lynn is hands down the absolute best! She always takes time to listen to my skincare concerns and finds out what my skin really needs. She s friendly but also accommodating if you just want to lay there with some peace and quiet. Every time I leave after a visit with Lynn my skin is absolutely glowing! I can t recommend Lynn and Spa Nijoli enough!

I contacted Spa Nijoli after a client recommended Erin to me for eyebrow waxing. The person I spoke with to schedule was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was psyched to get an appointment only a few days away! The salon is beautiful and I was greeted quickly and professionally (the woman I scheduled with actually remembered my call- so nice). I was a little earliy so I was guided to a relaxation room on the second floor, which made me remember I really need to relax more often ;). Every employee I passed greeted me with a smile and polite hello. Erin was just lovely- she was meticulous, hilarious, friendly, and just wonderful. My eyebrows have never looked better. I can't wait to see Erin again and try out more services at Spa Nijoli. I highly recommend them!

My daughter and I had gift certificates for express manicures which we received when purchasing a spa package as a gift for a family member at Christmas time. Neither of us had ever been to the spa, but the manicure was the best we have ever had. The regular polish lasted over a week, and I am a heavy cleaner!! ;)
