I contacted Spa Nijoli after a client recommended Erin to me for eyebrow waxing. The person I spoke with to schedule was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was psyched to get an appointment only a few days away! The salon is beautiful and I was greeted quickly and professionally (the woman I scheduled with actually remembered my call- so nice). I was a little earliy so I was guided to a relaxation room on the second floor, which made me remember I really need to relax more often ;). Every employee I passed greeted me with a smile and polite hello. Erin was just lovely- she was meticulous, hilarious, friendly, and just wonderful. My eyebrows have never looked better. I can't wait to see Erin again and try out more services at Spa Nijoli. I highly recommend them!
