I love the hair cuts I get at Spa n'i joli! They are always top-notch and I've never had a bad haircut there in all the years I've been going. I like the extra special treatment you get before your service - the offer of coffee, tea or wine - and the ambiance is relaxing, particularly for massages and mani/pedi services. I think they could use more room near the main floor front desk, as it can get crowded and loud with people checking in and out. Other than that, I think the overall experience is great!
