MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER, booked them online a few days before, contacted them 2 hours before I went to the airport and they told me the car is ready, got to the airport and they are not there, contacted them again and they kept saying we are on our way, I waited 2 hours and they stopped responding, completely unprofessional, lost my money, BEWARE THEY ARE A SHADY UNDERGROUND COMPANY!

The worst car rental company in Morocco, the car I got have the spare tire on and they didn't mention nothing to me about it, I almost had accident in the highway because of that, the max you can drive with spare tire on is 80 kilometres per hour, and because I didn't know I was driving 120 on the highway.
The car itself has some mechanic issues and it was making some noise.
People at Sovoy cars agency at the airport were not honest.

Honestly and in all fairness, my first trip to Morocco was in 2011 and I was very afraid of the rental companies due to the reputation that most rental companies have in Morocco until a friend pointed me to Youssef Safoui's office and assured me that their dealings are elegant and the trip after I rented them was good. The credibility of the smoothness in dealing with them and I continued with them until I won a prize in the form of renting a Clay car for five days and actually booked on June 18 and arrived at Mohammed V Airport and found Brother Yusef at my reception and asked him to upgrade the award to Range Rover Evoque and he responded to me thankfully and paid the difference from the other. I rented from Yusef and Daaili

The worst hire car company I 've ever came cross.
I 've been told to pay extra 500 Dirham for dropping the car early around 6.30am.
The reason was someone will meet outside of thier working hours, when I arrived , there was no one there to meet me but when I called them I was asked to put the keys in the letter box.
This company is a n absolute scam, avoid at all cost .

Booked and confirmed everything through WhatsApp with mr. Youssef prior to my arrival in Casablanca. Everything went smooth on arrival and we were able to pickup the car around 415am when some other agencies might be closed. There was some confusion with what car I booked but since it was just the two of us, I opted to go with the sedan anyway and it was fine. The car was beat up on the outside but clean and functional otherwise. The Diesel engine gave it great gas mileage and we didn t have a problem on our road trip. I d recommend savoy car rental to anyone coming to Casablanca airport.
We were running late coming back to the airport while leaving Casablanca and one of mr.youssefs agent s was nice enough to meet us in the departure terminal where I was able to give him the keys and continue on to our flight. Thanks for everything!!

Very expensive, compared to others. Also delays when I wanted to pick up at the airport.
The prices are to high, and even in covid pandemi and when everyone is closed, and have to be at home before 8 p.m, they don't want to negotiate price. Check other companies, much cheaper, and nice cars.

The worst experience ever. I was shown one car, but given a different car. To return the car, I had to contact one person who directed me to a different person and so on. Biggest headache ever. I absolutely don't recommend this company to even my enemy.

To flee, agency of hustler, arrival in Casablanca airport cold shower. Blue Card Terminal that was not working 3 tries with my international credit card and when I call my bank it confirms to me that there has been no denial of card debit on my statement and no trace of any rejection. The whole team of this agency is a gang of crooks including the director of agency in Casablanca. Shame on you ! To avoid at all costs.

I'm shocked ! To flee !! I booked a vehicle for Rabat at 21:00. When leaving the airport, no counter to pick up the vehicle. At the airport reception, I am told that the renter has no counter because the agency is in Casablanca but someone drops the vehicle, but sometimes he did not come ...

I love traveling to Morocco, I was so excited about our trip.
I get to marrakech airport and they don t have a stand I could find, I call the number in the reservation it doesn t work. I google them a different number it doesn t work, I finally find a number and it works, I m on hold forever (20min) no answer just on hold with music, I email them 2 different times and no response! After a full day of traveling and not having accessibility to their service, instructions on how to meet, it is very frustrating to have to wait to hear from them without response. Being with my family and small children I could no longer wait and had to find a car elsewhere.

The summit is respect, easy and comfortable handling, and I will always deal with them .....

I rented a car with them through a reputable website in the USA more than a month in advance , got a confirmation email with the reservation details and then provided the flight details as well as my credit card number as requested by the site and was even charged a holding fee , when I arrived at the airport, I was surprised not only I didn t find the car , but when I called the local agency their personnel were very rude unprofessional and after pressing them for answers and I was informed they had already rented my vehicle out to someone else .....needless to say After 16 hour flight they created a very stressful situation for me and my family Bad bad service stay away if I could rate it lower than 1 star I would ... dissatisfied customer from the USA

Booked everything through watsaap , really convenient to take and return the car , had my car changed in tangier , didnt need to go to casablanca myself , was delivered to me by there agents . Would recommend and will use thier service again.

Attention - rip off! Had to pay an extra 'fee' after returning the car because supposedly a paper of the contract was missing. Never touched those papers (why should anyone???) - and you could tell they were just making up the amount of the fee.....NEVER AGAIN!!!
