The guys were easy to deal with and my purchase was very easy to seal the deal! I will recommend Southwest Automotive to everyone. I will purchase there again.

It was great!! Russell is so funny and Brandon was fast we were not there very long and I bought my car!! They gave me an awesome trade in price for my old car!!!

Told me to come test drive and look at a car. When I got there I found out they sold the car the day before. I drove an hour for no reason. Waste of time and gas.

I was sold a lemon.. Had a car for the weekend then it broke down. I took the car back and they sold was another car that didn't run right. The gears were slipping, it vibrated really bad and the brakes were horrible. I got a call from them last Friday and they said they needed the car back and we would get our trade in back. We went back to the dealer to get our car and come to find out they sent our car off somewhere and here it is a week later now and still no car. We are stuck in a rental car that sucks until we get our car back. The rental cars ac doesn't work right, the seats are come rely stained up... They told us we were financed for a $16,000 car but we couldn't get financed for a $12,000 car... Southwest auto sales is a horrible place to go and don't recommend it to anyone. Not even the people I don't like.

Getting oil change, on my 2015 Equanix LS AWD, I purchased at Southwest Auto found cabin filter and air filter dirty and cabin filter almost plugged. Brake fluid low, coolant low. Are you kidding!!. Those are basic things you check, and replace ECT before you put this vehicle up for sale. Beware of these cars. Hope I didn t get a lemon!

Never buy a car here. Especially if you re a woman who doesn t know much about cars. They will sell you a car that s four years old, but manages to have broken A/C. Seriously. Don t go there.

We purchased a three year old (2016) Chevy Cruise. 11 days into having we ran into issues. To be honest I expected a fight when I called them. However we didn't and with in 48hrs all was well.

They stood behind their product and represented themselves with professionalism. I am pleased and would recommend.

I didn't purchase a car here...yet. Timing wasn't right but these folks were honest, very reasonable and not pushy at all. It's the first dealer I been to in a long time where I actually wanted to do business with them.

My wife and I had a great experience. They let us test drive the car over night and where able to get the price in our price range. And once we decided to buy the process was quick and easy.. highly recommend Joe

A little disappointed while reviewing documents after the fact. The price for the vehicle did not match the online price we were told. We were also shown the Gold Warranty as what was being offered and paperwork states silver level. The talk and paperwork didn't match...

The people were nice but when you don't give what you offered and having to purchase a vehicle on the spot due to other issues....it's just overall disappointing.

Salesperson was very helpful about answering all my questions but pulled some typical salesperson tricks like stretching the truth to make me more interested in a vehicle. I'm glad I didn't commit to anything before doing my research. Ended up not being worth the trip out there.

I bought my van from Southwest Auto and have taken it to their service department to be worked on multiple times. They have great customer service skills and its always a pleasure to work with Dustin or Ryan.

I called Tuesday to start my journey to get a car they said they call me back i called later that night different person different and same Wednesday and Thursday. It might be different for u alot of people had good luck here. But I just say my opinion.

If anyone is going to the lottery thing you dint win a tv or anything big these is fake advertising you get a $15 watch what a scam what a waste of time o will never ever do any business with these people and I ll make sure that I tell everyone I know to stay away from the place

Extremely disappointing dealership. Was referred to this place by a family member and went in to talk to a salesman. They pulled my credit and looked at my trade and said they didn't have time to hear back from lenders that night. The salesman said he would call me the next day. I never heard another word from them! I even tried calling them and was put on endless hold and finally hung up. I received a letter about a month later from them saying my credit score was too low for them, even though they claim "everyone is approved". Apparently customer service isn't their top priority. It would have taken 2 minutes to call me and tell me that they couldn't help me. But they couldn't even be bothered with that! Trust me, don't waste your time with these people. The customer is the last thing they are worried about taking care of!

Being a first time buyer, it was hard to get me financed at a rate that actually worked for me... Southwest Auto sales and their finance team managed to get me to both the payment AND interest rate I wanted. I absolutely love my new car, and I am incredibly pleased with the speed and efficiency of Southwest Auto sales. I will definitely buy from those guys again.

If you expect good customer service after the sale then buy somewhere else. Even though I am happy with the truck (so far), I can't give a better review or rating. I had two small issues I discovered after I made the deal and they failed to act on them. One of the issues I called my salesman about and he said that he would check on it and call me back. One week later no call. So I emailed him and it still goes unanswered. I feel that after the deal was made and they had the truck sold they were done with me and customer service after the sale is non-existent. So much for that 60 day warranty they gave me and if you ask your salesman if everything works in the car and he says yes, check everything yourself and I do mean EVERYTHING!

If you have any questions they will answer them honestly, if they don't know the answer they will get one for you. The vehicle I purchased has been satisfactory so far. My problem was primarily with the service department. They made appointments for service to be completed, then when the car was taken in, no one was prepared. A loaner car was supposed to be provided, but there was not one available. The work was eventually done, but it took multiple trips to get it accomplished.

Dont go there they dont keep appointment drove 45 to be told vehicle was sold the night before.. This after they sent me 2 text confirming the appointment.

Our Salesperson was Austin England. He was very helpful in assisting us in our purchase. He is very personable which made the experience that much better. Thanks Austin.

I bought a car there!
I looked online thru a bunch of search engines for a particular type of car... Southwest Auto Sales had the car I wanted, in an okay color, and with the options I needed.
They are located just barely out of the Fort Wayne area before you get to Roanoke.
It was very much worth the short drive because they had my car listed a couple thousand dollars below Kelly Blue Book... I was quite happy.
The salesman tried a few sales tricks when I showed up to test drive my car... But I already had my financing and a 3 year after market warranty... I did ask my salesman what financing rates he could get, so he had the finance manager come out and talk to me. I was impressed with the rates he offered from different banks after running a (hard hit) credit check. But, my credit union was a little lower.
I was offered a choice of 2 different after market warranties. I was not offered the 3rd or best warranty that was printed on the full page glossy fold out. Very reasonable price for both of the options I was offered. Both under $2,000.
But I chose to get the warranty from my credit union at over $2,500 because it covered a lot more than the 2 warranties I was offered.
And because I bought my car from them, I get free oil changes every 5,000 miles.

I had a difficult situation to deal with but the guys at Southwest Auto Sales were amazing and did a great job. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to talk to Austin or Mike. I would stay away from Kenneth though unless you like being lied to. It's ok though......the rest of the staff made up for the one bad apple.

I had repais done to my vehicle and the service was fantastic! Very honest and very fair! Highly recommend!

I was also sold a lemon. It ran with problems for about 6 months before the car completely died. Looking up symptoms I found out when I bought it the car has signs of engine failure that anyone who knew anything about cars would have known about. I was on chemo at the time and asked for a dependable car. These guys have no hearts at all.

I made a trip of over an hour to test-drive, and then purchase a car from Southwest Auto Sales. Raul and the rest of the staff I worked with were polite, friendly, and made my trade-in/purchase experience an excellent one. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to make a quality used car purchase.

Always nice and not pushy like other places. I know 2 other people who have vehicles from here as well and they are all holding up pretty nicely. Clean inside building and clean cars. Organized well. Would shop here again if I needed to.

After not having a car payment for almost 6 years and 2 vehicles that were almost 20 years old I finally took the plunge! Best decision I've made! Dave and Kegan made buying a car so easy and explained everything! I love that they knew my style and what would be best for me also a car that would last me for a super long time!! I was trying to aquire information about a 2004 dodge Dakota. I requested pictures of it before I came in and was not given them. Then when we went in to look at it the truck was a piece of junk. Oil dripping from the engine block and the interior missing the rear seats, we couldn't even close the hood all the way, when we test drove the truck it almost killed us because it has no breaks. The sales members never said hello or how can we help or anything. The discomfort and disappointing feel and experience from being there has taken us back a few steps and we feel we can no longer trust that place. I bought a Pathfinder from there five years ago and the backup camera quit working after three days, I even bought the warranty and yet they said it was nothing they could do. So I discourage people going to S.W. Auto sales because they will lie and cheat your money from you.

Even though I can't purchase a vehicle right now, I would definitely come back and see Robert for service. He is friendly, personable, helpful and easy to speak with..what a great employee!

As a Purdue student years ago, I recall admiring the many vehicles on the Southwest Auto lot as I drove down HW24; but it wasn't until now that I finally made it into their parking lot for a vehicle.

We enjoyed our experience with the helpful staff at Southwest Auto Sales. We worked with Vince, but all of the employees were courteous and kind. They worked with us on the price and we were pleased with our purchase experience. Vince was responsive and helpful along the way. Southwest was very flexible with letting us go on a somewhat longer than normal test drive to make it easier on my wife and two young sons. We hope the Southwest Auto team is able to help us when the need would come for another vehicle.

Southwest service team always takes a reasonable amount of time to do maintenance, leaving me with time to take care of other valuable things. They are very kind and helpful. Bought my car two years ago here and they ve been committed to making me a long term customer with their speed and quality via the maintenance team. Thanks Southwest Auto!

Not overly pleased. Didn't even get home and the check engine light came on. Took it to them and they told me I had to wait for 30days for my warranty agreement to become effective. Was never told that when we signed the papers and bought the warranty agreement. Now I have a whistle sound like it may be a bearing going out. My wife called and asked them if they could drive it and see what they thought it was. Was told they didn't have time it would be the following week. Wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle there.

Very poor service, they did a bait and switch on the flyers they send out.. they state they help even if you had past credit issues.. and offer a $2,000. Credit help voucher..they have a 100% credit appoval even with bankruptcy, repos ect.. It's fake! The kid stated they had already sold all the cars that would apply to, I walked in 5 minutes after they opened for the "sale promotion" started.. also I supposedly "won" a 60" ultra 4k smart tv.. I walked out with a junk plastic watch..

I inquired about getting a newer vehicle from Southwest. Eddie is who I was working with. He called me and got the information he was needing. 2 days go by and he calls me back and leaves a message. I called back and got a Brittany that stated he will call me back within the day. He never did call me to back let me know he couldn't approve me. Instead, I got a letter from the bank they tried stating I did not have any credit and the car that was listed on the application is not even a car I spoke about. This place is a joke. I went to Josh Burkhardt at O'daniel Automotive on Illinois Road in Fort Wayne. I got treated like a VIP, and he got me into a new 2012 Ford Focus. I am very thankful for him. Do not go to Southwest Auto!!!!

The entire staff has been very kind and professional. We are planning on getting our 2nd vehicle here as well.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Kegan. Shortly after we got it home we noticed the smell of antifreeze. My husband checked it out and saw that the radiator was leaking. I called Kegan, not knowing what their response would be as we purchased the vehicle as is . He talked to Brandon (the General manager) and they told me to bring it in and they would look into it and take care of it! They replaced the radiator at no charge!! Thank you Kegan and Brandon for your excellent service and for taking care of us!! Even though we had a few bumps along the way, we couldn t be happier with the service! I absolutely love my new Durango and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle!!

After our vehicle was totaled in an accident, we were pushed into the daunting task of finding a new car. Knowing what we needed in a car was easy, but finding a car in our price point with everything we wanted, was not as simple. We were working with multiple car dealerships and multiple sales teams trying to find the best deal for us when we came across a Jeep at Southwest Auto that checked off all the boxes. It was little over our budget but we spoke with Joe to see if we could "make a deal" and sure enough, the Southwest Auto team was able to make it happen. Joe was great to work with and we would recommend him, and the rest of the Southwest Auto team, to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Dealership stated car's oil was changed and put a sticker in the window for five thousand miles. After one thousand miles, engine was running rough and I took it to the dealer. Dealer found the oil was never changed and was in very poor condition.
Absolutely a horrible oversight at best and outright lying to save a few bucks at the cost of my engine at worst. Would not recommend. Car also need fuel injectors cleaned, new brake fluid, cabin air filter, as well at 40,000 miles, almost right after I bought it. Take cars to a shop to be evaluated before purchasing.

I purchased a Yukon Denali at Southwest Auto from PK. The check engine light came on before I got home, 45 minutes away. PK told me to bring in and they would fix the issue no matter cost. After 3 weeks, I was told that the warranty wouldn't cover and there was nothing they could do. Eli's story kept changing and after taking to another shop, it is getting a new engine. I have only been able to drive vehicle 4 times in the last two months. After contacting Eli again to see if they would help cover my out of pocket cost as they said earlier, I was told that they would not since they knew I would not be a future customer. Save youself a headache and go onto town to a more reputable and trustworthy dealership.

Really pushy not the nicest to work with to get financing

ATTENTION BUYERS!!! I bought a 2014 Arcadia and I am very upset with the service they provided and not only that but I live in Michigan and when I purchase the truck in Indiana they never mention that in the state of michigan in order to get licence plates you need the original title.... Which they never gave me.. Anyways to make story short I have a new truck that I just bought sitting in the my freaking parking lot for a stupid mistake they made ..!! So in other words they suck service wise and even filing out the paperwork because the Secretery of state said they were incomplete!!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE- LOOK AT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

They are very friendly and fast, they found a way to make what we could pay work and got us a great deal. This is the second time we have bought from them and will probably continue to buy more through them in the future.

Great staff that worked with my needs, budget, and time frame

Sold 2017 Honda Civic to single mom on one income and attempted to add what we thought was a4200 $ additional warranty which was asked to be removed then found out from dealership mileage on vehicle was inaccurate and there is no warranty at all after only several months both fuel injectors need replaced and southwest offers no coverage stating no warranty on vehicle at all

I purchased a vehicle today and couldn't be any happier! We where so upside down on our previous car loan that it didn't seem possible to get a new vehicle without staying upside down on a loan but PK and the other staff members of Southwest Auto sales got us financed with the lowest rate and payment possible! It took us less than 2 hours to test drive some vehicles and get our paper work done!

I called about a truck and was told it was still for sale. The salesman was polite and told me he would take the truck for a test drive and check it out. I received a called back around an hour later saying the truck was sold the prior night. While continuing to search for a similar truck days later I happened upon the same add for the same truck. I called a second time talking to a different salesman who informed me the truck was still for sale. I scheduled a time to come look at the truck and potentially put money on it, which was only 2 hours from when I had called. Once I drove to there, which was close to an hour away, I was informed that the vehicle had sold just an hour before. Conveniently they tried to sell me a truck they actually had on the lot. The whole situation came off very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know.

Our son was in Fort Wayne heading back to Lafayette, forgot he was needing to stop for gas & ran out. He happened to coast into the lot of Southwest Auto Sales as Eli & Aaron were leaving work. He asked if they would have some gas, he ran out. They put some gas in, still wouldn't start, they tried several things. Just before conceding to the thought he may have burnt up his fuel tank, they tried one more & it started!! As we were waiting anxiously from home praying for help or something to work that wouldn't cost a fortune, our son was praying from there. We were very blessed that he landed in their parking lot & these great guys were willing to go the extra mile to help him!!! Thank you so much Eli & Aaron, we are very grateful, God Bless You Both!!

This is an awesome dealership. They went out of there way to make sure we left the dealership happy. They also put us on a plan to rebuild our credit score which is working great so far. Above and beyond what I expected.

Ryan, the service manager, is top-notch. I've had a problem with my car for 3 years and taken it to 4 shops. My last stop was SW Auto Sales and the issue is fixed! No one else could diagnose the issue, but Ryan did on one day!

After owning my 2012 GTI for about three/four months, I can honestly say avoid going here and go to dealership. Spend your time looking into a certified pre-owned.Shortly after the weather got nice I found out that the sunroof on my car leaks and doesn't work. Also they told me they washed the car before I came to pick it up. If that was the case they couldn't have missed it leaking because it is that bad. I would be willing to change my review if you want to contact me Eli and make this right and prove that your business is worthy.

They where very racist and the custom service was very poor all my children penny bank was stolen out of my car why my car was in there care ... then when I asked where my child's money was they called the police on me and told me if I paid my car payment my stuff would've been stolen.. Bought a newer car from them for something reliable, but got something that costs more in repairs than the car is worth. I also bought a warranty with it which wouldn't cover anything that went wrong. Mechanics said that the drain plug for the oil was put on with a impact wrench because of how much force they had to use to put it on. I took it in for electrical problems and went three weeks without the car at first, then when I got the car back the problem was not fixed. They also charged me for it when they said they wouldn't. Later the car had an issue with electronics that would cause the transmission to not shift. They said they would make things right but then never did. All of this happened within a two month period. Now a mechanic has diagnosed the electrical issue with the car, but at that point I would have put more money into the car than it is worth. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the service center is a joke and so is the manager.

Fantastic staff, great prices, and awesome financing offers. We researched for months, spoke with several dealerships, and had a great experience with PK and the other staff when we found "the one!" Highly recommend!

Called Southwest Auto & they ran my credit & I got approved by the way my credit is shot (493) ! Russel was my car salesmen made the entire process super easy i had no problems i love my car it drives great ! Russel was very honest out of the door from the first time we talked & funny as hell ! Cant speak for others but my buying experience was out of this world ! I would recommend southwest auto to anyone looking for car !

After months of searching for my dream car I ended up driving 1 1/2 hours from home to Southwest Auto. I must say it was worth the drive! Jason was my salesman and greeted me with a handshake and smile. He made the buying process easy and enjoyable and gave me his full attention. About 3 weeks after purchase I contacted Jason with concerns about the rear tires and he promptly and swiftly adressed my issues and replaced the tires.
I Truly appreciate the high level of professionalism and great customer service.

When I arrived to look at a dodge truck that the company had for sale i was greeted right away by a high pressure sales person. First thing out of this sales person was where is your driver's license. I proceeded to anouce that I just wanted to look at this vehicle first.while trying to look at said vehicle the sales man started asking all these questions about my income and what my intentions were. I decided to sit with said sales man to look at numbers. They low balled my trade in value. Then said see you. Very rude and disrespectful company that I would advise against my family and friends to do business with.

Garin Stephan is an excellent salesman to work with. He had the right car that I was shopping for and did his best to make it perfect for me with no sales pressure but instead found out my needs and addressed them. Southwest made me a very reasonable offer for my trade and for their vehicle. My only suggestions would be to find a better bodyshop for requested touch-ups and have their clean-up be more careful in preparing the car for delivery.
