this is the second time I have bought a car from southwest. both time I have told them what my price range is and what I want my payment to be and they have come through for me and still gave me options to choose from and didn't try to talk me into spending more than I could afford. thank you
This place sucks. We bought a car with an aftermarket radio inside. I asked about it, because it wasn't hooked up, and was told a new radio was installed that actually worked. My wife and I were lied to our faces. The radio screen was malfunctional, and come to find out, the radio was for another car and wouldn't even work in ours. The salesman not only lied, but showed no initiative or interest in helping us resolve the issue. We drove up there to get the radio fixed, and were sent away with a number to call to unlock the radio, and the mechanic didn't even look at it. He didn't bother calling us to say that, but instead made us waste a trip, gas and money. I had to hunt down information that my salesman should have taken care of. He didn't go out of his way to help us, wouldn't track down information, and wouldn't return my calls. On top of that, they wanted 50$ or something to install a working radio. If you don't mind being disappointed, misled, lied to, and left hanging out to dry, this place is great. I cannot believe the incompetence, the unprofessionalism, and the impotence of a an establishment such as this. The only reason I'm giving it one star, is because I couldn't give it fewer. This joke of a car dealership has lost our future business, and i will be telling my friends not to shop here.

Although we haven't bought a vehicle from them...yet, we have been shopping around and have found that this is the most helpful place in purchasing a vehicle. well we found this dealership online. We purchased a used 2012 F-350 Super Duty from them. Decided we didn't want this one, purchased another one from them, a 2016 F-250 long bed, turned out to be a better truck that we were looking for. They worked with us. Great people

I have bought 3 cars from Southwest, 1 for me, my girlfriend and my son. I haven't had any issues with them and the service department gets you right in for free oil changes and tire rotations. I plan to buy from them again in the near future.
We were looking for a replacement car after my wife's broke down and came in late on a Friday about 5 min before they closed and the sales associate kindly showed us some options and was willing to stay late to give us a test drive. We ended up looking around the next day and coming back to Southwest Auto sales because of how they treated us and didn't pressure us and use the general car salesman tactics. We negotiated a price we felt was fair. The car didn't have a spare tire and needed a couple scratches buffed out and they were willing to do that. Overall it was a very relaxed friendly environment where we didn't feel pressured to buy. We would come back again! Very happy with the service and salesman! Ask for Austin!
We drove 70 miles to buy a 2013 Traverse through PK. The vehicle was in horrible shape. Dirty and the main display was cracked. When we brought this to PK's attention he said "It is a used vehicle. But we can probably fix it." I told him "No thanks. My 2000 GMC Jimmy is in better shape than that." As with so many of the comments here, I don't get a good feeling about the place.

We bought a 2016 Enclave vehicle
here. Lance told us he would send a $50 gas card because the tank was completely empty and an owner s manual because there wasn t one in the vehicle. We quickly discovered the rear passenger seatbelt was broken. Also after contacting him again 4 times about an owners manual 3 months later, we are still waiting. I don t think an owners manual for an almost $30,000 vehicle is out of the question. Obviously never received our gas card.

I have always had great customer service at SW Auto Sales every time I'm in their lot or Service Center. All employees in sales and the service center that I have communicated with are friendly and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or get theirs worked on.

This was the second time getting my oiled change and everyone has always been professional an courteous! The only thing that was missing is that I did not receive a written summary of items that we re checked and/or action items such as the wear of the tires, windshield wipers that may need to be addressed soon. I did receive a verbal that my brakes should replaced soon!

Ill say this about this place you walk in and its nothing buts trucks and i dont care sales people. The person who name was pk followed me around the lot like i was his next meal and the way he was eyeing my wife i wanted to turn around and drop the guy flat on his head I felt like i was being watch by the cops and i will never return to that place
4 stars because we got the car we want, and they worked with us generously on payments to get to a good price, and employees were very nice especially Austin England. Missing a star because the front right tire of the first car we test drove started smoking and had to have them come pick us up.

Showed us a car with Front passenger seat tore but was glued with same color glue as seat, awful job. Smelled like one big cigeratte.Not at all what my daughter wanted.didnt try very hard on making a sell.she did however get a 2018 chevy about 4 wks later somewhere else. Guess its who works the hardest for the loan.spent one long day there for nothing, very disapointing.would never recommend this place, asking price's were pretty high to.

Did the 1st car servicing of my 2016 mazda 6(bought from Southwest itself). Just oil change and some basic inspection. The Service is nice. If you buy a car from them, the 1st five vehicle servicing (within 2yrs) are free of charge! Did it on a Saturday morning, had scheduled a week ago. Got the serviced car back in half hour. They sales and service department are really nice
