Sheryl - from the bar lounge is excellent..got a lot of choices for the drinks and recommneded the best shots!cheers for the job well done !

5 stars great room service .... Everything is brandnew

Spacious rooms.. soothing interiors... View is not so great as the sea is mostly covered by adjacent buildings which are equally tall.. rooftop restaurant is great.

The worse hotel ever, the dirtiest hotel ever, I had the worse experience ever, cockroachs every where, they don t clean the rooms or the toilets proper way, I don t advise anyone to stay their it s very dirty. When I entered the room the first thing I saw was cockroach in the toilet sooo disgusting I called them twice to come and clean it they didn t show up, I ended up leaving the hotel!! The WORSE hotel ever

For the most part, the staff was gracious, accommodating and helpful. However, there was one particular front desk agent, who I will not name, that was less than friendly. All I will say is that she was PRETTY rude. She s the reason I couldn t give 5 stars. Also the hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great and the other restaurants were wonderful. The pool looks so relaxing as well. I love it here outside of the PRETTY rude front desk person.

Staff are friendly , the food is awesome but not too pricey like other hotels, the room was so comfy as it is sound proof so we slept like a baby. The pool has a great location esp this summer time the pool water isnt too cold not too warm .our experience there is great ! Will definitely comeback,!

A very elegant four star hotel, and if it were not for the spa, the fifth star would have deservedly deserved

Reception, lobby, rooms, pool area stylish, poolside chilig (music), attentive staff and good service.
Breakfast very delicious and varied. Even soymilk was bought for me. Fully equipped business center, gym, bar, restaurants.
Room clean, well isolated, quiet.
After checking out the possibility to leave your luggage and spend the day at the pool and take a shower.

The place is amazing and security on good point. Thumbs up

Excellent property and service. Very welcoming ambience. Friendly staff. Clean, big and well laid out rooms. Pleseant experience. I notice that the 4 star rating is a wide range. I have also stayed in another 4 star not far from here wich left a lot to be desired....in a similar price range.

Although when I first arrived there were issues with my booking (accidentally cancelled), everything was quickly remedied and from that moment on my stay was amazing. The room was spotless, the food in all the restaurants and for room service was tasty, the service was above par and the amenities (rooftop pool and steam room) were amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

I stayed here for 15 days, on top there is pool, nice view from top floor, entrance and rooms are fascinating, breakfast included , excellent range of dishes

It is very clean and comfortable compared to the price, and it is convenient for bus and taxi. There are no disadvantages, but most of the staff lack proficiency. Especially, it is good to double check about money payment.

That's a very nice place. Friendly staff, pleasant rooms, good food (restaurant on the 1st floor) and a nice swimming pool on the 27th floor.

The price is good and the hotel is sweet from the inside, the location is ok I would recommend it

4/5. Internet is 8/4 Mbps. Room is nice but I d say the hotel is fairly old by local standards. It s clean and there was a welcome drink too. Slight issue with wanting to charge a 200 dirham security deposit and they don t support the newer MasterCard service so Transferwise / Curve etc don t work. Parking is under the hotel itself so nice and secure. My room has a bath tub and a shower

An excellent place one of the best in Abu Dhabi, and one of the best hotels I've been to. Very clean and modern, the reception area is huge and fancy, you would give it 6 stars hotel. The rooms also are very nice and comfortable

Hotel is great and cheap but the food is very expensive and I do not advise to wash clothes where the laundry is more expensive than the value of the clothes itself, but a clean and comfortable hotel.

Positives: Location is brilliant. The hotel is easily accessible wherever you go within the city centre. Petrol station (convenience store) is just around the corner, so you won't have a trouble in food and stuff. Receptionists and cleaners are pretty hospitable and friendly. Rooms are quite hygienic and spatial.

Negatives: Nothing in particular.

It was our first stay with Southern sun hotel. We absoulately enjoyed and had relaxing time at this hotel. All the staffs were polite and helpful. We appreciate the effort of the staffs which made our stay memorable and wonderful. Location of the hotel is another benifit for the inhouse guest. We will be certainly back.

in my opinion they serve the best shisha in Abu Dhabi on the Balcon Terrace. been going there for years.
