Wonderful Customer Service! The daughter bought me a shirt just before the holidays. (Of course, it was discounted and discontinued.) I didn't know that at the time and those circumstances made a return for the next size up difficult. But Mark and the folks at Southern Tide - Greenville came through for me. I made two separate purchases at this store yesterday and both times the guy behind the counter over charged me. The first time, I brought a sweatshirt, the cost was $88 and he tried to charge me $110. I corrected him, he nonchalantly apologized, and re-rang it up at the correct cost. I then came back later and bought 1 polo shirt and 1 pair of shorts for my husband. This time he charged me for 2 polo shirts and 1 pair of shorts Didn t catch this one until I got home. When realized, I called, and again received a casual apology (acting like it happens all the time) and gave me a credit. So buyer please beware! Nice clothes but don t trust the staff!!! Check your receipt carefully!!!
Not impressed with the service especially when they take money but dont send you anything.
Name brand classic clothing for men and women. I especially like the Clemson polo shirts with the logo and the women's swimwear. Open 10a to 8p. Handicapped accessible and parking. Noticed ad for Tommy Bahama men's shirts and shorts. Great place to shop, friendly service, Visa/MasterCard accepted
