This place is CVS minute clinic on steroids. The Doctors are never in and pass you along to their PA s and Nurses, whom I have a great deal of respect for however, you pay to see a doctor. Also, God forbid they get something wrong. These people are so stubborn they d never admit to it. In no way am I claiming anything malpractice related. I simply mean if you ask for something standard and they forget they basically tell you your and idiot and they could never be wrong. Go somewhere else where you ll actually see a doctor and they care about their patients/clients.

Have been a patient of this office for about 2.5 years.

PROS:

- Dr. Boak is a nice, friendly, knowledgeable physician - I enjoy seeing him and feel comfortable with him.

- When physically present in the building, the reception staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

CONS:

- Support staff answering phones can be terrible - long waits and once you finally get to talk to them, they have a tendency to make you feel like they are really busy and you're bothering them.

- I question Dr. Boesler and team's ability to effectively run a physician's office. I've been locked in a month's long fight with her staff to get basic information to another medical office and it's like pulling teeth. Her staff has continually confused/forgotten details about my case (just look at my chart!)

- I've had two appointments w/ Dr. Boesler and she has not been even remotely close to "on time" for either of those appointments. I won't schedule appointments with her anymore. My time is more valuable than waiting in the exam room alone for 25 minutes.

CONCLUSION

I think this place is too big to handle their patient's day-to-day details. Going to find a new physician with a smaller practice and (hopefully) just a little more dedication to their current patient pool.

If you are looking for a Dr. who has no consideration for her patients time and just goes through the motions then Dr. Boesler is a perfect fit for you.

I had an appointment at 8:15 AM and Dr. Boesler was not even in the building at 8:45. This was not the first time.

Avoid like the plague.

The doctors are good but the staff is terrible. Especially Yvonne for Dr. Drout. She refused to help me in canceling an insurance
pre-authorization on a stress test. I called twice and she wouldn't even talk to me.

So far my experience has been excellent. Friendly staff and professional medical assistance. No complaints to date.

Very disappointed with their service. Advertise Saturday hours then turn away sick people.
And they did not return a call during week. Was told there was a power outage. You would think at the very least messagaes would have been followed up on.

"Dr" gardilla needs to be dropped in a pool of battery acid. It'll go great with her personality.
She's a God complex dr. I'm pretty sure she went to medical school in Virginia with Ralph Northam.

Dr. Boak and his staff are awesome! My mom started out with him over 20 years ago when he just came on with the practice. My entire family goes to RMA. Dr. Boak and his staff are kind, caring, and professional.

Dr grabowy & his nurse are excellent to me and have been for almost 20 years. The staff is okay in the front and sometimes coyld be nicer and more efficient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gardilla for over 10 years she has always been there for me when needed never had a problem getting through on the phone, the staff was always very efficient and helpful!!

Most competent, caring and compassionate practice. I ve been a patient for three decades, and I absolutely love this office!

Friendly, professional staff. Doctors are wonderful! Knowledgable and caring, have never waited more than 15-20 for appointment in over 20 years!!!!

They are great.

Doctor Boesler helped me so Much with my sleep issues. She s very compassionate and kind.

The sleep lab was very comfortable and clean.

The sleep technologist was very knowledgeable and helped me through the Cpap process for a restful nights sleep .

Highly recommend.

Front desk staff needs to be more organized is my only critique.

One stop shopping for all my healthcare needs. Drs Grabowy, Boak and Boesler are great. Boak is my GP, Grabowy my gastro guy and Boesler diagnosed my sleep apnea at the sleep lab.
