I can t thank the staff in the service and parts departments enough for the great experience! My local dealer wouldn t even call back and certainly didn t want to help in my situation, or seem to want my business. My local dealer lost out on over $10,000 worth of business, as I had no problem having a vehicle towed to Wheatland. Angie, Jeff and Derek at Bob Ruwart Motors made the experience seamless. The communication was more than adequate and they performed the work that needed to be done in as timely and professionally a manner as possible. Thanks again to everyone involved!

While travelling we needed RV parts...not for the vehicle, but for our awning that broke. Being so far out at the lake, and coming up on a holiday, parts were not available. That didn't stop the nice lady in the parts department from brainstorming, searching online, and making calls to places, to come up with other ideas to help us! It was very much appreciated!

Angie in the Service Department is a magician! We were traveling through the area and the speed sensor in our '04 Dodge RAM started acting up. The tow truck dropped it off just before closing and Angie had a technician jump on it to diagnose. They were out of rentals, so she called the Ford dealership that I believe is owned by Bob Ruwart's brother, asked them to reserve a vehcile, and Jackie? (I don't recall if that's her correct name), sent a person over to pick us up. Ruwart tracked down a sensor and had us fixed the next day. Very professional, focused on getting us out the door and back on the road, and great folks all the way around. I can't thank them enough!

Kendra in Service was great. She communicated with me about working on my car. I dropped off my car, and they shuttles me back to my place, picked me back up when it was done. They did a fantastic job on my car. Thank you.

Today driving from Denver to Casper I pulled over ...

Today driving from Denver to Casper I pulled over at a rest stop. Leaving the rest stop in chugwater my truck somehow got stuck in 4 wheel. Drive into Wheatland and try to fix it myself . didn't work out found this place. Within minutes my truck was in back being worked on!!! They found and fixed the problem and was back on the road within the hour!! Kendra and staff were on point! They also notified me of a recall on my truck. And did the work on that also!! I can't get an oil change in Denver done in that amount of time !! And a recall fix would take days to get done!! We were so impressed that my wife an I are thinking our next purchase of vehicle the drive from Denver to purchase it would be worth it!! Oh the ford place next door rocks to!! We accidentally pulled in there first.. Kendra was in the phone with the guy. He was letting her know we were coming! Awesome!!

I had a recall on my car so I took it in and they said they would need to order the parts. I called in a few weeks... they didn't have it. I called a month later... they didn't have it. I called 2 months later... still didn't have it. 1 year later I asked about it and they said they would order the parts. (I thought they had done that) I stopped in again 2 years and 3 months later... they reorder the parts and claimed that they had 2000 recalls to do so they had been backed up. 2000 cars in 2 years so they can't fix mine? That means they can't handle working on 9 cars each month?

My complaint is not simple mine alone several individuals in the Wheatland - Guernsey area also don't like dealing with them.

In addition to making us a great deal for our new Jeep, they were especially prompt with all their communication. Our interactions were all via phone text or email until we drove the 4hrs to the dealership to pick it up. The staff was professional yet down to earth. All the paperwork was ready and they gave us a thorough walkthrough off our new car. We were on our way within an hour. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Big shout out to Jeff in the service dept. I work at a dealership in Casper and had one of my customers with a Nissan product have an issue while in Wheatland. Saturday afternoon after 3:30.... I thought we wouldn't be able to get in. Jeff was quick to get the customer in as soon as they could make there. I knew they would be in good hands! Totally committed to the customer experience. Thanks again Jeff!!! I appreciate you and I am sure your customers do there as well. 5 stars cause i could not put 6.

These guys were wondering to deal with. My engine completely died on a cross county move. It was pretty bad. These guys went to bat for me to get the engine covered by the forever warranty I bought when I purchased the car. It took like a month, but they got it done. It purrs like a kitten now!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Passing through from TX to MT my transmission went...

Passing through from TX to MT my transmission went out just south. Limped in to the dealership with a 5th wheel camper. Dropped the camper in the back of the shop. They got right on my truck and started taking the transmission out as soon as I gave them the ok. Had a new transmission delivered the next morning and had me on the road by noon. Outstanding professional service! Sam, Jeff and the mechanic (didn t catch his name) thank you so much for your expert professional service! I d give y all 10 star rating if I could. Thank you again!

Bought a really beautiful used car with low miles ...

Bought a really beautiful used car with low miles from a friendly sales person. Before my 8th payment the transmission went out. They offered no help and charged me $70 to diagnose the problem. The repair bill is half the price I still owe for the car. Had I not wanted a Chevy, I would have went to his brother next door at Laramie Peak Motors. They would have bent over backwards to be make it right.

5 star review for sure, 10 in my books! My sister and I were traveling to Wyoming for our Grandpa's funeral this December. My kids and I flew into Denver from Seattle and my sister, brother-in-law and four kids met us in Denver after driving from Kansas City. I rented a car in Denver from Fox Rental. They gave me an AWD vehicle after I explained of my travels to Wyoming. That SUV had bad tires and I ended up getting a flat in Wheatland, WY. There we were stranded in Wheatland, with the funeral the very next morning in Basin, WY. We called Bob Ruwart Motors to see if they would rent us a vehicle. Sure enough their service department had a 4-wheel drive truck that they loan out and they were more than happy to let me rent it so I could get to the funeral on time. Samantha (Sam) helped me and quickly got me through the paperwork and on my way. When it was time to return the vehicle we ran into bad weather and we were not going to make it there by 5pm closing time. I called the car dealership from Casper explaining that I would be late. They were having a Christmas party that night and said no worries we'll be here all night just get here safely. The next day when we returned to Denver my nephew said that he left his Nike shoes in the truck. I called the dealership, they found them and were happy to ship his shoes to my sister's house in Kansas City. They went above and beyond my expectations and they did not have to do any of this for me. They truly treat you like family. Thanks again!

I rented a truck from them, a nice truck, fairly priced per day. I did not watch them do an inspection before i had taken, becsuse for when i returned it 2 days later, they seen some damage on the back end that i did not do and my boyfriend said he saw that there when i had come home from the dealership the first day i got it. Because they didnt have it on their paperwork inspection saying it was there, nor did i see them do an inspection when i first recievrf it, they charged me 125 dollars to repair it. I am doing so, but the damage was already there when i brought it home from the dealership, so i have to pay for someone elses damage, and this was the very first time i had rented from them. Not too sure if i will be renting from them in the near future... the customer service was good tho, even though i got charged for something that was already there before i took it home.
