I gotta admit that I was a little skeptical when I heard what Southern Honda was selling my Goldwing for but I am glad I followed through because I am very pleased. I had spoken with a few other dealers in the area and a few that weren't and got some similar prices quoted but once it came down to the bottom line, Southern saved me the most. I heard a few bad stories from some of those other dealers that my bike wouldn't be serviced or they wouldn't cover my warranty which was really a turn off but after some research I found out it was hot air. Marcus helped me the entire way and was very nice to my wife and I in person. Everything went smoothly. I'll be back for my next 'wing!

I have never owned an ATV. The staff at Southern Honda Powersports was great. I could not have expected a better experience. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to any friend or relative!

Reached out to these guys to get a sales quote on a Honda Pioneer and what over the top and friendly service I received. Gus was absolutely incredible! He was not pushy and answered all the questions knowledgeably. Since I am out of state, he FaceTimed me and showed me the units and explained some of the accessories.

This is far better service that what I have received in Michigan!

I recently purchased a new Honda Forman Rubicon from Southern Honda Powersports. I am very pleased with the product and the entire sales experience. The salesman, Anthony, was knowledgeable regarding the product and very friendly. There were no high pressure sales tactics like some dealers tend to use. The "out the door" price I was given over the phone was the price I paid at the dealership upon arrival i.e. No hidden fees! Not to mention, their price beat local competition making my four hour drive to do business with them well worth it! if you are in the market for any of their products I highly recommend that you contact them and let them earn your business as they did mine!!!!

My granddaughters were playing softball at Warner park. I went by Southern Honda Powersports to look at the new 4x4 s between games. The sales consultant I met was Jamie Russo. I told him I lived 5 hours away and was just looking with no intentions of making a purchase. The Customer service I received anyway was outstanding. Jamie explained everything about the new Honda 4x4 s. A month later I decided to purchase a Honda Pioneer 1000 LE. The customer service I received when not purchasing a 4x4 made my decision simply, drive 5 hours and purchase from Jamie at Southern Honda Powersports. New to the area but needed new tires for my 2004 Goldwing. Called Southern Honda and got an appointment right away. Very happy with the service I received and price that I paid. Tires were installed while I waited and completed well within the time they quoted. Will definitely use Southern Honda again.

I needed to replace my GL1800. It was totaled in an accident this year on Labor Day Weekend. I quickly used the internet to search because I really liked the 2014 Black Goldwing that I had lost in the accident. I was concerned that I would not find another 2014 in black. But, I found it at Southern Powersports and contacted them. I was working with Brian Abbott there and he helped me get a great price and the bike that I wanted. He also helped me get the Kuryakin Cruise Pegs that I preferred to have on the bike. I was buying from out of state (I live in Colorado) and my financial institution here was a bit hesitant with the sale since they are located so far away in Chattanooga Tennessee. Brian and his manager, Roger, worked with my financial institution to make the deal happen. All I have to say is that Brian, Roger and Jennifer were awesome throughout the purchase process. I flew down to seal the deal and ride the Goldwing back home. The pricing that Southern Powersports had on the Wing was well worth the flight down! All I can say is that if you're looking for a new bike, you have to check these guys out!! If not, you are probably paying too much. Again, I would absolutely buy from Brian Abbott at Southern Powersports. And, I must recommend all my friends to call Brian because he does his job so well and really cares to get you on the bike or four wheeler of your choice. No, this is not a paid for review!!!

I bought a bike a few years back from them and everything was fine. I purchased another bike in April 2017. The 1st experience wasn't bad, but the 2nd was much better. No high pressure sales, or anyone trying to "pull something over" on me. I could not have asked for better service from Roger, Mitch, Wes & Melanie. It is much appreciated and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. On top of all that I got a badass Hayabusa at a great price!

Went to southern powersports to purchase my son a recon. Salesperson told me he would not sale me the recon because it was for my son. I said ok I am going to buy it for myself. He said he would not sale it to me.Salesman was very unprofessional and RUDE. Go to Kirks Cycle in Dalton Georgia if you want a deal. Will never go back to southern powersports.

I searched within a 300 mile radius and Southern Honda Powersports of Chattanooga had the best deal. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. If I had the option for a 10 star rating, these guys would get it. Ride on!

Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad. Awesome experience at Southern Powersports. Anthony in service was great to work with. Took my bike in at the exact scheduled time. Communication was great and honest feedback was given. I drove away confident that my bike was road ready and safe. I will definitely be a repeat customer with all of my Honda products.

There is another Honda dealer in Chattanooga. I rated them a 1 star for lying to me and refusing to complete warranty work because I did not buy the product from them directly.

If you want the best support and service you can get here in Chattanooga, go south to Southern. Ask for Anthony or Brent.

My wife and I were on a trip through the area and needed a part for the bike. Called them up and they had it in stock. They even offered to install it while I waited at no charge. Great people to deal with. Wish they had a location in New York!

Justin helped me immensely with my purchase of two Honda Ranchers. The price was the lowest I could find. Everyone involved was super courteous. The showroom has most of their inventory for you to see. I will be recommending Southern Honda Powersports to all my friends.

I was shopping for an Africa Twin and didnt get the price I wanted at my local dealership, so I called Southern Honda since they have great prices and no added fees. I was skeptical, since I had a 5+ hour drive in. Bill Spearman from Sales took great care of me, kept me updated, and had everything ready to go when I showed up. Jack Kelly did a fine job in finance, got me in and out quickly.

I would recommend Bill Spearman to anyone looking to buy here, especially from out of town. He is very invested in getting you the deal you need while catering to the struggles of traveling across state lines. Now I know why they're the largest Honda powerssports dealer in the US, I got a killer price on my Africa Twin and I'm loving it.

The sales experience was great Bradley did an awesome job at getting us our new Honda Pioneer. We bought an accessory and had it installed. What was supposed to take an hour and a half took almost 6 hours to install. I don't know if I would recommend their service department to anybody. I would most definitely recommend their sales department. Their prices cannot be beat and they have friendly sales staff! Great experience in buying, not so great on getting accessories installed.

I just recently bought new motorcycle from Kyle Downey at Southern Honda. He was a very friendly and accommodating salesman. I drove 7 hours to buy here; their below MSRP prices and no additional fees make them well worth the drive. I spoke with Kyle on the phone about a bike they had in stock and he got it out of the crate and put together for me right after I called so that it was ready to go when I got there. The bike that they had ended up not being ABS equipped like it was supposed to be due to an error in their system and Kyle did everything in his power to get me the right bike and make things right. Before I left I ordered some parts and extras and he had them shipped to me for free. When I got back home a plastic part of the bike was bent from the way it was strapped down. I texted Kyle a picture to his personal phone and before I had a chance to call he said he had a new part ordered and would take care of it. The prices here are unbeatable and Kyle went above and beyond to take care of me. If you are in the market for anything Honda, you need to go here.

Hands down the only place to buy a Honda Goldwing. Best prices, no typical dealer bs, fair trades, painless sales process, knowledgeable professional staff. And inventory no other dealer can match. Whereas dealers in Atlanta might have one or two Goldwings in stock, Southern Honda has at least a dozen, every model in every color and multiple model years. This place is like a Honda factory showroom. There s a reason Goldwing buyers across the country come here. Bradley in sales was great to work with - competent, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, straightforward deal making. Does what he says he will do. Jordon in finance was terrific, she showed me options to save even more money and restructured the deal to my lowest cost taking advantage of Honda incentives. At 65 years old not sure if this new 2018 Goldwing Tour DCT will be my last bike, but if it isn t and another Honda is in my future Southern Honda will be the first and likely the only place I look.

Everything went fine until I refused their gap insurance and got a jekyll and hyde act. Just be prepared for attitude if you don t agree to their extras.

I first saw this motorcycle (2018 gold wing with air bag) on the internet and I fell in love with it.
I called to see if I could make a down payment to hold it, and the rest in cash. I explained to Mitch (the sales man) that I will fly from Texas and ride it back home.
The service when I got there was ok, however, Mitch prior to get there, did not answer my emails and the ones that he answered were short and lack of customer service. I felt that he was the one doing me the favor of selling me that bike.

The bike is wonderful, but I will not recommend this place of business to anybody.

I bought a Pioneer 1000-5 LE and had a couple of issues in the beginning but these guys all worked together and made it better than i could imagine. Solid reputation and good character.

I bought a Honda lawn mower at SHP. My questions were answered quickly and fully. The sales folks were helpful and friendly. Bill Spearman handled the sale efficiently and without any pressure. The price was fair. Service and parts are available st SHP. The was a bit of paperwork involved for such a simple transaction. Each unit has a serial number and therefore is tracked. So extra paperwork is required. Overall, an excellent experience.

Bought a Honda ranger 700 from a private individual, who purchased this unit from Sountern Honda. The unit had 36 hours and The wench had never been installed. So I took it southern honda for oil change and wench install. I received a call on Thursday that the unit was ready I live 45 minutes away. So i Went to pick up on Friday while there the service department said they had not touched the unit yet. Charged $400 to install the a wench that was purchased by the original buyer. Ordered fender flares they never ordered. I ll not be back!

These people are the best in the business! We were very indecisive about we wanted, but Jamie was so patient and went over all of the options and accessories and costs for each option we had questions about. I've never met a salesman more knowledgeable, he really knows what he's talking about. Once we decided on the Pioneer 1000, we got our financing done by Cody. It was fast, easy, and he answered all of our questions and put us at ease with the whole process. In fact, the whole atmosphere there made the process that much more exciting. It was a great experience. We are more than happy with our purchase and highly recommend anyone who wants a great deal and great customer service to see these fellas at Southern Honda Powersports.

It s interesting when you walk into a dealership, ready to buy...and get completely ignored. I would like to be able to rate Southern Honda Powersports on their customer service, sales staff, etc....but they weren t worried about my business today so I will gladly take it elsewhere. There are too many options out there for dealerships that actually value your time and ....wait for it....ACTUALLY WANT TO SELL YOU SOMETHING...than for me to waste any of my time with folks who don t take my business seriously and dont care if I walk in their door or not.

I purchased a honda shadow this morning. This dealership is awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and everyone was super friendly. Mitch helped me and answered all of my questions. I went to tje other dealership on hwy 58 and no one even acknowledged I was there. Go to southern Honda, they will take care of you with no pressure. Melanie in finance was super nice and explained everything in detail. She did an awesome job. Jennifer in the accessories department was great also. The service guys are always on point! I also bought my 1st "New" Bike there and my salesman was very helpful and nice. Everyone seems to follow the sales system they are supposed to so I cant blame them for it but having to meet everyone in the building was a little irritating at the end lol. Over all the place is awesome and its people are great.

Took a custom chrome front wheel in for a new front tire . I was assured they had chrome weights for balancing . Returned in an hour to find they mounted and balanced the tire with dull grey weights and an excessive amount 6 on each side . They stuck out like a sore thumb . Turns out they didn't have the right weights and refunded me the money for the labor . Here's the worst part . I ordered some weights and was gonna ride with the grey ones only to find that the weights had fell off the rim overnight !!!!! Do not go here for tires for sure . Lack of attention and knowledge.

Truely a 5-Star dealer. No games, no hidden fees, what is advertised and quoted is what you pay. Superb customer service. It was certainly worth a 4-1/2 hour drive for me.

I bought a Honda Pioneer 1000 from Brian Abbott and my experience was great from start to finish. I drove 3hrs to get there and will gladly do it on my next purchase. Also the prices are untouchable. There's no way for me to describe how pleased I was with the service and experience.

If you haven't seen this place you have to go! I don't shop anywhere else for honda Powersports anymore. They have the best inventory and the best prices! They dont haggle on prices and always show the best price so you know your getting a good deal. I saved over 1200 from local dealer, so it was well worth the trip!

Shopped online for 2 months and could not find a Honda dealer east of Mississippi with better deals. Started online and was assigned Andrew as my salesman who was great to work with. They told me what they would give me for my trade in if i was truthful about the condition. I drove 5 hours from KY to Chattanooga and they came through with what they told me and i got the best deal on my new Foreman than i could find anywhere else. Already talking about buying a Talon from them. Great deals and great people to work with! Will buy there again!
